Lovely place, complimentary breakfast and the free shuttle to and from JFK was quite convenient. Would definitely stay here again when I return to New York

You get what you pay for, it’s a very basic hotel! Didn’t accommodate for 2 adults and one teenager, had to share a double bed with our 13 year old, was told there wasn’t a spare bed when we requested one! Hotel shuttle was great!

I am very disappointed with this hotel. The room I ordered was not the one I got. The hotel did not agree to return the money, even tough I did not stayed there. Not only that, after contacting trip.com costumer service, the hotel told them that I did slept there. Which is not true. I am very disappointed.

The hotel shuttle picked us up in a timely manner. The driver was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel around 8am and we were able to check right in and get our room. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. While the hotel is older, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the proximity to JFK perfect. There is an excellent resturant across the street "Lucky Boy". I'd stay there again.

Very good location and close to JFK airport. Parking lot is free.

I had to stay there on couple of occasions and it is quite convenient. Breakfast is included and you have bagels / juice / coffee / yoghurts . Plus some cakes etc Room is nice and beds are comfy Receptionists are typically friendly . Good experience

Worst service ever

Had an overnight layover at JFK and didn’t want to just sleep in the airport. Searching for something cheaper than what is at the airport and close by that included a free shuttle to/from airport and found this place. Shuttle service: Not sure but runs either on the hour or every 30 mins. Called for pickup after passing customs and retrieving luggage and waited about 20 mins. Took another 25 or so minutes to get to hotel since the shuttle went to multiple terminals to pickup others. Going to the airport we signed up for the 9AM shuttle which left in a timely manner and went straight to our terminal - which took around 15 minutes with traffic. Hotel: Nothing special here. It’s a 2 star hotel. Room size was good and AC was nice and cool. Quality is what I expected for a 2 star hotel. Continental Breakfast is included: choice of 2 juices, 3 cereals, bananas, coffee, tea and 4 or so different breads. If I had a layover at JFK again I would consider staying there again, although for the price I paid I would have expected more

The location was close to the airport but it was difficult to find where to get the shuttle to the hotel, good service at the reception.

The front desk is very kind and the hotel has complete facilities. It is a recommended accommodation for short business trips.

Close to the airport, with airport bus, simple but clean

The accommodation I found for a layover overnight was not worth the price of more than 1,700. When you arrive, call the hotel front desk. You will be picked up about 30 minutes later and the hotel name will be written on the car. The suitcase was not put away properly. When I opened the car door at the hotel, my new suitcase fell off and hit the concrete floor hard. I felt very distressed. The driver didn't even say a word of apology. The hotel is relatively old. There is a Burger King next door and the surrounding environment is not very safe. The rooms are old and the bathroom is also old. I also saw a bug on the wall and the window machine made a loud sound. You can also have milk, oatmeal, bread and cakes for breakfast.

A bit old, close to the main road, breakfast is very simple, but it's convenient to go to the airport.

The location is very good, the side is very lively, supermarkets, food are close, and the airport is also close.
