This hotel provided an excellent stay. The front desk staff gave us a room with a great view, and the hotel's cleanliness was top-notch. The bed was also very comfortable. What was particularly great was that I left my headphones behind, and the front desk helped me find them. Overall, the service was excellent, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sydney.

Pros: The hotel room is a good size for all our luggages before our cruise. Metro is just on the other side of the street. Cons: The restaurant is only open in the evening. There’s a pub right across the street if tou want lunch or a cafe on the other side for breakkie.

I stayed at this hotel recently and, unfortunately, encountered a hygiene issue during my stay. On the second night, I found what appeared to be bed bugs on the bed sheets, along with small blood stains. I also developed a few bite marks afterward. When I reported the issue, the staff moved me to another room promptly and provided coins for the laundry, which I appreciated. However, the initial response was quite dismissive, and the situation caused a lot of stress and discomfort. While I understand that unexpected issues can happen, I hope the hotel management takes this matter seriously and ensures proper pest control in the future. Overall, I was disappointed, but I do appreciate the staff who tried to assist me afterward.

It was amazing to be there with a beautiful view of the room. Staff were friendly and professional. I would like to thank you for recommendations about surrounding restaurants which very delicious. The only concern was the bathroom was a bit noisy when using the tub. In a word, it was a good experience and I would like to go back again next time.

The room was average, and the cleanliness was just so-so; it wasn't cleaned very thoroughly. The cleaning staff took our bath towels but didn't replace them with new ones, so we didn't have towels to dry off with on our last night. Other services were pretty standard. You have to bring your own slippers and toothbrush.

Love the hotel for the self service launderette. Getting around the city from the hotel is very convenient with the public bus 2mins away from the entrance. Friendly and helpful staff. Check in and out was a breeze. Australian Museum is walkable from the hotel and nearest supermarket is just beside the hotel. Halal food is also a stone's thrown away. Awesome stay. Found some good thrift shops around the hotel too.

A fantastic travel experience. The hotel is conveniently located, with a Woolworths supermarket downstairs and a food street just a 7-minute walk away. Furthermore, the hotel is very close to Hyde Park, museums, the Royal Botanic Gardens, and other attractions, all within walking distance.

The service was pretty good and they were very helpful. The area has a Woolworth’s Metro so it was easier to buy food and snacks, really big with variety. The metro station wasn’t too far, maybe around 10 minutes walk. A lot of the attractions are within 10-15 minutes walk.

The hotel is very well located, and you can easily get anywhere from there. The reception staff were also good; however, the beds and pillows are not comfortable at all. They do not provide proper duvets or quilts either—only a blanket inside a quilt cover. If you book for three people, they only provide an elevated cot, which is not a proper bed.

Our stay was fantastic, the staff was very kind and helpful. We haven't tried to experience the facilities because we are too busy exploring outside. However, when we checked the gym, steam and sauna were cleaned. We enjoyed the food, but it mostly remained the same for our three-day stay.The hotel was well-maintained and scent was very good. Our room was spacious and neat. In general, everything was excellent. I would definitely recommend it to others.

The bedding was really unclean... And when I asked the front desk for more shampoo after ours ran out, they said they didn't have any left. Their attitude wasn't great either.
