There was visible mold on a painting in the room and a noticeable accumulation of dust throughout the space. the washing machine malfunctioned and failed to complete its cycle, leaving our clothes soaking wet and trapped inside the machine for over 20 hours. When a staff member attended the next day, the machine was simply set to a drying cycle; however, the clothes remained fully saturated and never dried. We were forced to leave with wet clothing.
Because the clothes were left soaking for such an extended period, colours bled and permanently stained several items. This has never occurred during normal wash cycles when a machine is functioning correctly.
We paid for a studio accommodation, and this experience was far below what was advertised and paid for.
In addition, parking instructions were not provided prior to arrival. We had to contact the hotel ourselves, resulting in about 40 minutes spent walking around attempting to locate parking. This was difficult as we were using eSIMs and were unable to make local phone calls.
when removing the sheets in the morning we found that the undersheet was stained with blood and other substances.
Despite raising all of these issues and having photographic evidence, the hotel refused to offer any form of refund or compensation.
