The Hotel was ideally located to Rail Station, Shops & places of interest. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Hotel had Gym facilities, although I did not use them they were there. And most important it had Car Parking which is quite rare. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to others.

Amazing location, friendly staff. The vibe and decor of the hotel was quite dated to be honest (felt a bit like The Shining) but as I was just there on an overnight stay it wasn't too much of an issue. The bed was very comfortable and the water was hot so I can't say I wouldn't stay again!

Lovely hotel in a fabulous position within Worcester Town Centre. You can walk to all the restaurants and bars and pubs in Worcester from this hotel. On site parking is a bonus too. Staff were very friendly, room was spotless. Highly recommended.

Great room superb shower power only problem was flush the toilet and airlock would make the ceiling sound like a train was coming through

Perfect location.
Lovely spacious clean room.
Our room was facing onto the main road which could be a little loud with traffic until 0000.
Poor tv reception, limited to only a few channels. And tv somehow turned on by itself at 0300??? No alarm set by ourselves, can only imagine previous guest had set one.
Overall any negatives are not enough to stop me booking this hotel again.

Lovely well kept hotel, good size room, well appointed, amazing breakfast,incredibly clean.
Downsides were cheap uncomgy mattress - expected more for this level of room-everything except a comfy quality mattress.Also shower didnt have a sign or lever to switch on-only taps which was unhelpful. There were signs for everything else.
