The room was a quiet haven of calm and luxury and exceeded all expectations. Much thought had been given to extra little generous touches, and Chrissie couldn’t do enough for us. The whole place was beautifully laid out in pleasant and relaxing surroundings.

Simply the best B&B place we have stayed in. A warm greeting from Chrissie, a slice of lemon cake and fresh milk for our drinks and an amazing room. The room was large and light. Super comfy bed. Spotless. Great shower with lovely towels and soaps. We slept well and then went for breakfast. Fresh fruit salad, delicious full English for those that could manage the quantity and as much toast tea and coffee as you could drink. All top quality and cooked to order. Chrissie and Paul were on hand to help with advice about eating places and other queries. Left with a bag of damsons picked from their tree and will definitely be back.

You're made to feel relaxed from the moment you are welcomed on arrival. Incredible attention to detail and customer focus. Chrissie & Paul are an absolute delight to be around and always go the extra mile to make life a little more comfortable for you. Having stayed weekly over the past 4 months, I wouldn't stay anywhere else around Worcester. Special touches like being greeted with homemade cake and breakfast, even going the extra mile to cater for my celiac wife's requirements.

Amazing, where do you start, from the moment we got out of the car our mini break started, we were greeted by Chrissie & Paul, nothing is too much, Chrissie took us to our accommodation, everything was perfectly laid out, Chrissie also makes amazing Lemon cake, it was waiting for us, when we returned from a family party, I can not fault the cleanliness or friendliness and the breakfast was everything we could have asked for, we will definitely stay again

What a great B&B. I stayed last night and was sooo impressed with everything. The room was so nice (The Balcony was a bonus) and Breakfast was quality. If I'm working near Worcester again I'll definitely be staying here. 5 stars.

You could not get a warmer welcome than we received, from Christie and Paul. The room that we chose is roomy, charming and has everything for a short stay. Beware. Christie is a feeder and would be happy for you to leave a stone heavier than at your arrival. Breakfast is robust if she gets a chance to influence you. There is a small ‘fridge in the room and fresh milk should you want it. The toiletries are are good, as are the biscuits provided with the coffee and tea making provisions. The rounds are idyllic, especially at this time of year. Bluebells, blossom and many birds. My first sighting of a lesser spotted woodpecker was at the feeder hung outside our room. Heavenly!

What an amazing find i had with this. First and foremost is Chrissie the owner and manager. She is such a wonderful woman with a bursting personality and really cares about her residents. I arrived early on a motorcycle and met me at the door to accept my bagage rather than seeing me cart it around for the day without exception. On arrival she brought me a slice of apple cake complemented with fresh cream. She allocated me a two story room with a kitchenette and stocked the fridge everyday with fresh milk, biscuits and crisps. I was able to park my bike so close to the apartment, and outside the entrance, the bike was actually closer to my bed than my bed was to the wonderful, spacious and immaculately clean en-suite bathroom. Being secluded in the out of view from the road courtyard, and right under my nose, this allays any fears anyone should have about security, especially vulnerable vehicles such as motorcycles. This was so convenient, I was able to load/unload my bike each day whilst it was raining without actually stepping out of my room here. The room was very spacious and well equipped with a TV in both the bedroom and upstairs room, where you can lounge on the very comfortable sofa, beneath the wonderful two sky view Velux windows, complete with blackout blinds. On my arrival, I was cold from the ride up but the very well equipped heating system quickly warmed me up and throughout the week was able to dry any wet clothing thanks to the massive heated towel rail in the bathroom. Breakfast was not just delicious being hot, of great quality, and served as both english, and a freshly sliced fruit salad, Chrissie made seating here a great experience. The B&B is so popular she gets regular visitors that stay over on certain days, and Chrissie plays a great host in both introducing the gusted to each other and including you into the conversation if you wish. This provides such a homely feel as you don't sit down to eating in silence. I met some lovely people at these breakfast sessions, but this is obviously optional if you'd prefer to keep yourself to yourself. The lane is quiet but there are two decent pubs a less than 10 minute walk from here, and there are umbrellas available if required. Whilst large luxurious hotels offer Spas, gyms etc you will not get the personal and homely experience that The Motor Coach House offers, and on balance I would opt to stay here rather than any corporate hotel chain. This was a business trip for me but I would not hesitate to take my family back.
