DoubleTree by Hilton Wroclaw Reviews

If I had known that it was not possible to open a window and ventilate the room (which for me is the minimum required, like changing bed linen between guests, and air as well), I would not have thought of checking out the possibility of staying there even if they had given it 10 stars (I am starting a search for hotels with a sauna and an indoor pool and a minimum of 4 stars). The biggest disappointment is the pool that children use to learn to swim!!! Terrible acoustics, the wet sauna, after a minute I ran away from there because of the noise. The hotel lobby is bustling and noisy, you can't sit and chat. I must mention the staff member from the reception who was very helpful and helped with useful information. The breakfast staff as above (the disappointment is probably because of the previous hotels (5 stars) that we stayed at in Zakopane, Krakow and Lodz)

Excellent hotel service. Definitely worth staying at.

Everthing was fine. We loved the location and the staff. 6 min walk to market square and very closed to a big shopping mall.

All good

The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel breakfast was not only plentiful but also served very well. The room was spacious; although it had two single beds, the beds were exceptionally large. The hotel is very close to attractions, all within walking distance. However, while the hotel is large, there aren't many elevators, so it's a very long walk from the elevator to the room.

The hotel has an excellent location, next to a large shopping mall, and just a short walk from the old town area. Parking is also very convenient nearby, so you don't have to endure the hotel's 100 zloty parking fee. Overall, the hotel is comfortable and highly recommended.

Not bad, but the cleanliness of the hallways needs improvement.

The hotel service is quite good. The front desk greeted them warmly and politely. The room service was OK, but the room facilities were a bit loose. The breakfast was OK.

It is not worth the price for accommodation, the staff are mostly uncooperative, the prices of the hotel restaurants are unreasonable, and it is far from the center

Good hotel with a large room. Service could be improved, friendliness, and at the reception, you're not allowed to ask questions; the answer is that you can look online, etc. We're used to it differently from other 5-star hotels.

The breakfast is very good👍, the location is also good, clean, tidy and comfortable, but the lights in the room are too dark! Very uncomfortable at night😌!

It's a great place to travel with friends and family. We had a great time with our family and the breakfast was also great.

Very good, I will go next time

Everything great!!! Again and again
