Very nice hotel right outside the main railway station with very little walk if you arrive by train, lots of tram and bus stops across the road that you can take tram or bus to the city center and other attractions within minutes.Lots of cafe and restauratns nearby so wouldnt have to walk long to eat somehtung, rooms were very comfortable and most important the airconditioning was best thing about this place as it was 30+ degrees from early morning the aircon was on all day and night and couldnt feel bit of heat in the room making sleep comfortable. Very good value foe money as it was one of the cheapest places to stay in Wrocław with very good distance to Main station and city center, Only concern id the quality of service provided by the ukrainian cleaning staff which can be very rude if you dont speak ukrainian

This is a fine, comfortable hotel on the outskirts of the old town market square. It is ultra modern with fine amenities. Only drawback was the need to take a taxi or Uber to the main square for restaurants unless eating at the hotel. It’s about a 20 to 30 minute walk which might be challenging at night. However, we found no problem with Uber. Breakfast is somewhat scaled down but for this boutique hotel it was good.

Good option for Wroclaw. It is not in the very center, but a 10 minutes walk and you are there. The hotel is nice, with a good spa, and the room is very comfortable. Loved the Lalique shower gel and shampoo. The staff is nice, welcome drink is a plus, breakfast is good. It will not blow your mind, but you will be happy.

My stay at the hotel was average. The rooms were decent, but there was nothing particularly remarkable about the accommodations. The staff was friendly enough, though the service lacked some personal touch. Amenities were basic, and the overall atmosphere was just okay. While it fulfilled the basic needs for a short stay, it didn't leave a lasting impression.

Nice hotel in the heart of the city , short walk to the old town and rynek. Very helpful staff and the panoramic view from the room was awesome . Also connected to a shopping centre . Would definitely book again

Booked 2 suites for 3 night for New Year’s Eve. We has a one bedroom suite for one, (Venice) and a small apartment for the other. Brand new suites. Has everything you need in it. Kitchen has plates and utensils as well as a dishwasher and fridge. Bathroom has either a shower or shower with tub combo and washing machine. Great internet , clean and comfy. Area is next to main square and across the street a main mall Lots of stores downstairs to do groceries or basics. There is parking available at the hotel. The staff are what makes the place even better. Very helpful and we will definitely return.

Completely overrun, standing for hours at the reception, rooms are only available in the evening, no parking in the parking house is available for guests ( is used as a public parking house). So who wants to stay here at Christmas time should look for a quieter hotel. €30 more is worth it in any case. Unfortunately mass dealing . The rooms are clean and ordened and the staff will try their best. Ps. Who books Trip.com should be careful that the booking settings do not change during the booking process. The price changes and you are there without breakfast. After two attempts, we had decided to book breakfast on site, price was still acceptable.

The unpleasant surprise was that for a guaranteed place on the parking, it turns out, it was necessary to call the oil in advance on the receptacle and order this place for your car ... without this place my car there was not found. It left a sour taste! Liked · It is a lovely building, which has been beautifully restored. The location is good and the area quiet. Disliked · The reception upon arrival was chilly to say the least. We were given a printed lengthy list of the rules of the place. .....no parties in room etc. this was a first for us and very offputting! Dikul is not a hotel! There is no room service, no fresh towels, no maintenance of soap levels etc. no room cleaning. It can be arranged for a separate payment! We booked breakfast for the four nights that we were there. When we arrived we were told that breakfast was 10 minutes away in the Hotel Jazz. We normally like to return to our room after breakfast to clean teeth, dress warmly etc. so we were not crazy about this. However, on day one we headed to the Jazz hotel to a very basic breakfast. That evening we returned the remaining three dockets to reception and asked that we be refunded for the following three breakfasts. I also emailed my request to the ‘hotel’. The man at reception Said that he was unable to do this but if we called to reception in the morning the person ‘in charge’ could sort it. We returned and spoke to a very sweet girl who was out of her depth with our request but said she would speak to her manager. We returned twice next day but again were told that the manager was dealing with it. The day we checked out we were told that this person was on holidays!! There has still been no reply to my email!!! We would not return to this hotel and would actively discourage others from staying here!!

5 out of 5 - everything when and where we needed it. Great food. Big Family Rooms. Super helpful and friendly staff. Parking on&off site. Perfect location for someone just passing through Wrocław. Free Wi-Fi with very good commection all over the hotel.
