Hotels near Wroclaw Contemporary Theatre in Wroclaw

When I checked in, I showed my passport as usual and when it was returned to me, I was very surprised to hear ”Thank you!”. She seems to be studying Japanese, so she explained the hotel to us in Japanese. I was very moved to have this experience in Wrocław, a city that is not very familiar to Japanese people. Of course, the rooms and meals are more beautiful and luxurious than the price, and are highly rated! I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Wrocław!

Hotel is in a perfect location , close to lots of restaurants, bars abd attractions. Reception staff are friendly and helpful and rooms spotlessly clean. One thing that marks hotel down is breakfast which is poor. Coffee cold, only choice of tea on our 2nd and third days was fruit or green. We did ask if there was any English breakfast tea or Earl Grey as there had been on the first day but was advised no. Strange seeing as it had been available on the first day abd in the rooms. We bought Earl Grey down from the rooms on the 3rd day . Buffet very limited compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Poland and not hot. Such a shame as breakfast does not match the standard of the rest of the hotel.

The good: Great location. Modern room. Quite. Microwave. Staff are friendly, but constrained by their inept management's policies about operations. The Bad: Everything else. We booked for a two week stay. When we asked for Toilet paper, they were out - more about that below. We asked for a second set of keys because I was working while my wife was sightseeing. That was not possible. Even when asked to speak with the management, they could not produce a manager. The problem is that they use physical keys to get in and out and a card to use the elevator. If you had the card, at least you can get to outside of your room. If your spouse is out with the key, you're screwed until she gets back. When asked to get clean linens and towels and clean the room, they said that only comes with stays of 14 days, and we are only checked in for 13 days. It says there is a washer - not really, there is a shared tiny washer that takes 3 hours to run. There is no dryer. When you ask about drying clothes they give you a small foldable rack to hang your clothes to dry. No problem on the outside patio...unless it's raining outside, which it was. Asked where to put the garbage, they said leave it outside of the door at the room. Later called us and asked us to dispose of it on another floor, with obsure instructions to find the garbage container. Aside from that, when we wanted fresh towels, they didn't have enough. When we wanted toilet paper, they were out - I'm not joking. There were no pots to boil water to make coffee. The utensils are small and were dirty (bring a spork). This is a large company making B&B (without breakfast) style rooms available, but with not enough staff and no regard for their customer needs or their satisfaction. Don't stay here!

Would really recommend this hotel. Centrally located and easy to get to and from. Friendly staff and the Scandic chain's by far best breakfast buffet made from local ingredients and with real bacon. Next visit here will be at Wroclaw's Christmas market. Thank you!

The hotel was built in 1877, opposite the railway station, very nice. Convenient

We booked three rooms here through a booking site on a no refund, no change deal. It was excellent value for money. Then, one of the group wanted to change the date. We dealt directly with the hotel and it was no problem at all. Rooms were warm, comfortable and quiet. Check in efficient and friendly. We didn't have breakfast. Parking is about 300m away. For the price, this is an excellent place to stay. I would definitely choose it again.

I am a frequent guest, extremely friendly and helpful service especially reception. Young people, always smiley. I sincerely thank Mrs. Kasi for solving my problem and not having to! No gorgeous but comfortable, quiet and clean. I recommend the atmosphere. The hotel is extremely friendly.

The hotel is very well. Nice service and quick reactions if something is wrong. The room was clean. The bed was also clean and carefully placed on the beds. Two free bottles of water and tea cups were standing on the table. There were several towels, two rolls of toilet paper and soap in the bathroom. I think the hotel is not one of the most expensive and is very well located and it has a good location because it can be accessed everywhere.

The Hotel was a very clean comfortable and perfectly located hotel just around the corner from the Christmas Market. The staff at the hotel was very friendly from checking in to checking out and returning later to collect our luggage as they had a room for us to leave it for few hours as we waited for our flights. Didn’t eat in the hotel as we were spoilt for choice with restaurants and cafés all around us. Great hotel for a stay at a very reasonable price I was very pleased with everything and definitely value for money and would recommend and hopefully visit again in the future.

+Excellent breakfast - you can pick the food from the buffet but you can also order the meals from the menu, nice view from the classic plus room (walking path along the river + nice garden), comfortable bed, quite room (you can hear someone on the corridor but not really once they enter their room), tablet as a way to adjust lights, temperature etc., I feel like the biggest + is the fact that the classic plus room has the check out at 2 p.m so you don't have to be in a rush in the morning or wander around the city with your suitcase, really nice staff :) the building is quite small - only 3 floors so you don't really bump into other people all the time, nice location - right by the river, close to the railway station, market square and there are many nice bars and restaurants in the direct neighbourhood -I would add more lights as the overall set up was more towards this relaxing vibe and sometimes I just felt like it was a bit too dark. I would also allow more lightswitch confugurations as basically one was in charge of the whole room (you can control the intensity on the tablet but it does not solve the issue). As my trip was in November, I feel like even the warmest temperature setting was still quite cold. I'm not a fan of the glass walls in the bathrooms (there is a curtain so it makes it a bit better) The cons are mostly my personal prefrences so they don't really take away from the really nice experience :)
