高價低質+安全隱患！酒店服務與管理全面拉垮，體驗感極差！ 12月7日晚入住該酒店，作為武昌當地同價位中的“天花板”級選擇，實際體驗卻與價格嚴重不符，衞生、服務、安全管理全環節失守，令人極度失望且憤怒！ 駕車抵達時，保安全程在酒店內旁觀，未提供任何倒車指揮等基礎服務。待我停穩車輛熄火後，其才推門而出要求“再往後倒”，我向其説明已停好車後，竟遭到“那你不用倒了，那你不用倒了”的粗暴迴應，服務態度惡劣至極，毫無專業性可言，完全未盡到崗位職責。辦理入住後，前台安排的601房間存在嚴重衞生問題：整理枕頭時，在多餘枕頭上發現一根染過的黃色頭髮及一根彎曲毛髮，視覺與心理上均造成極大不適。當即聯繫前台反饋，卻被告知夜間無值班領導可處理，僅能安排換房。 最終被調整至靠近機房的701房間。機房設備運行噪音持續不斷，整夜無法安睡，嚴重影響休息質量。 更令人擔憂的是，入住時發現樓層滅火器安檢記錄表明確標註“每日一檢”，但實際已缺失四天的點檢記錄，存在明顯安全隱患。我已明確告知前台，希望次日領導上班後給予合理解釋，然而直至退房，始終未見酒店領導出麪迴應，所有問題均未得到任何解決。 作為當地價格偏高的酒店，本對住宿體驗有基本期待，卻在衞生清潔、服務態度、房間安排、安全管理等核心環節接連踩雷。既無合格的硬件保障，也缺乏專業的服務意識與負責任的管理態度，如此糟糕的體驗實在令人難以接受，堅決不推薦其他消費者選擇！ 需要我幫你補充“訴求主張”（如退款、賠償、書面道歉等）部分，讓差評的維權指向更明確嗎？
