Staying here was a wonderful experience; they treated us like family. They were always asking what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go, paying close attention to our needs. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, and the bathroom was also large and spotless, though it lacked a lock on the door and a bidet spray. There was a housekeeper available at all times. The hotel grounds are vast, with plenty of space for activities, including an ice rink for sledding and tubing, and tents for ice fishing with heaters (extra charge). If you just want to scoop up some fish (farmed), it's free. They also have a stunning ice waterfall here. Non-guests have to pay 150 yuan to visit, but for guests, everything is free, and you can even borrow traditional Dongbei outfits for photos. Most importantly, the food here is delicious. The chef cooked everything to perfection; just tell them what you like. A word of caution: the portions are huge! Besides the owner's two children who took us around and to activities, there were also two student interns who provided excellent service. I was very impressed! Even Malaysian guests staying elsewhere who came to see the ice waterfall said this place was excellent.

I received such a warm welcome! As a Thai person, I absolutely loved this place. The owner was so kind and gave great recommendations for everything. It really felt like visiting a friend's house; the family's hospitality was incredibly warm. The food was delicious, and there were so many activities to do. Plus, it's just a short walk to the village waterfall. It's beautiful and peaceful. If I get the chance, I'll definitely come back here again! 🥰💖

1) This is one of the first villages you'll encounter when traveling from Harbin. The vehicle will drop you off at a designated point, and there will be another car waiting to take you directly to your accommodation. 2) The accommodation has its own activity area with fishing and some free playground equipment. But the real highlight is the waterfall – it's truly breathtaking! After walking into the gorge for about 100-200 meters, you'll find several other waterfalls and an ice stream. Someone will guide you there. 3) The rooms are clean, and the water pressure is strong. The towels are disposable paper ones, and there's a hairdryer. 4) The food is delicious and affordable. Oh, and they also have shabu-shabu! 5) At 6:30 PM, a car will take you to the central village stage and the walking street. 6) Unlimited hot water! There's a dispenser where you can refill your own water whenever you like. 7) The service is excellent, especially from the owner's son and daughter – they are lovely! They provide great advice, are very helpful, and even took us sightseeing. 8) The only drawbacks are that the pillows are a bit flat (you'll need to ask for extra ones), and the breakfast is quite minimal, consisting only of one boiled egg, congee, pickled vegetables, and mantou. This might be typical for accommodations in this area, offering this kind of breakfast, which may not suit Thai tastes. 9) Overall, I highly recommend staying here; you won't be disappointed.

The rooms were clean, and the waterfalls were stunning. The mini-trek through the forest was a fun, thrilling adventure. The cat, Huahua, was very friendly with the kids. The owner even joined us for a bonfire in the evening, and the ice fishing for 'liugen' (a type of fish) was excellent! The chef deserves full marks!

The host family made our trip incredibly meaningful and joyful. My family and I stayed here, and the owners treated us so well, just like close relatives. The accommodation is located in a small village just before the main one, offering free access to an ice waterfall and a large activity area with a slide, fishing, and wooden chair skiing—all complimentary because we were staying there. The owner's father even took us to the walking street and showed us the main stage, free of charge. The owner also took us up Bear Mountain for activities, and his sister and brother helped take photos and videos for our family. The care was exceptional. Even with an injured hand, he served us wholeheartedly, always with a lovely, cheerful smile. I honestly feel the money we paid was too little for the service we received. I highly recommend everyone stay here; you won't be disappointed, because my family and I will definitely be returning here next time.

The accommodation provided excellent service. They helped us book a car and assisted with everything, making us feel like we were staying at a relative's house. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the surrounding views were absolutely stunning. There were plenty of activities at the property to keep us entertained. The rooms were clean and cozy, and they even offered free outfits for photoshoots. Just tell them where you want to go, and they'll take you there. We were very impressed! If we come back, we'll definitely stay here again.

This hotel is great, it feels like staying at a relative's house in the countryside. It's a bit far from the shops as it's at the end of the village (but if you want to buy things or eat at restaurants, it's not a long walk). The location is fantastic because you open the door to beautiful mountain views. Right next door there's an activity area with a slider and ice skiing. It's not crowded, so it feels very private. There's also a waterfall near the hotel. You can spend all day at the hotel without getting bored because there are activities to do and beautiful views for photos. The hotel food is delicious, and breakfast is free. It's mainly rice porridge, eggs, pickled vegetables, and plain steamed buns. If you want other things, you can order à la carte. Hot pot is also available but costs extra. You can buy snacks or drinks at the hotel if you don't want to walk to the village shops. Prices are reasonable, and you can pay by QR code or cash. The rooms are in the same building as the lobby, so if guests in the lobby are loud, you'll hear them. I recommend booking a room further from the lobby if you want peace and quiet. The bed is wide and comfortable, not cramped. It's a heated bed. There's a hanger for clothes. There's no air conditioning in the room, but the weather is cold so it's not really needed. The only issue is when you're fully dressed, you might feel hot and uncomfortable, but it's fine once you step out of the room. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation with a curtain. The bathroom floor is a bit slippery, but the hotel provides slippers which help prevent slipping. There's no bidet spray in the bathroom, but the showerhead has a small sprayer that can be used instead. The bathroom has hot water, a heater, and ventilation. Towels are disposable. There's a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer, but no conditioner. If anything runs out, you can ask the hotel. The owner and staff are very attentive. You can book tickets for mountain activities directly with the accommodation. However, there's no signal on the mountain, so you need to bring cash or exchange money at the hotel. When going to the mountain, the hotel provides a pick-up and drop-off service, and a hotel staff member accompanies you to guide you through all the activities, making sure you have fun, haha! It's very worthwhile. Overall, it's excellent. It might not be a luxury hotel, but everything combined – the location and the beautiful views – is well worth the room price. If I come again, I'll book here.
