The hotel environment is excellent, clean, and tidy. The staff are very service-oriented. The front desk lady actively helped me with my luggage and offered complimentary fruit, and even inquired about my needs. What's more, the room not only provided standard hotel toiletries but also offered disposable towels, bath towels, face towels, laundry detergent, mouthwash, and a full set of facial cleanser and lotion. There were also complimentary snacks, drinks, and tea. They even provided body lotion and a lint roller, which shows how thoughtful their service is. It's incredibly user-friendly, even better than some star-rated hotels. I definitely have to give it a good review! I'll stay here again next time I visit Wuchang!
