Staying at this guesthouse during my trip was a pleasant surprise and a great experience. The owner was incredibly helpful and always available to answer questions. The guesthouse itself is spacious with many rooms, all very clean. They even have a dedicated chef in the restaurant, which was a huge plus. I'd definitely choose this guesthouse again if I return.

Everything here is perfect. We feel Inclusive, like having a second family in here, doesn’t feel strange at all. The accommodation is spacious, clean. The owner is very helpful. Very recommended to stay here. You won’t regret. Anything you need, or anywhere you want to go, just inform them, they will arrange for you at topnotch. If i come to snow valley, i’ll come again here. Muslim hotpot is also provided. Come! Experience yourself.

Rooms are clean and decent. Had all the necessary necessities. Host Jasper is very accommodating to all of our inquiries and requests. Helping us in booking bus trips and booking for snow activities. We had a very enjoyable stay with them. Worth mentioning, they do have Muslim halal foods onsite

My family and 1 really enjoyed staying 2 nights here. The host makes you feel like home. They understand that we are Muslims and provide Muslim's food. The host, Jasper can speak very good English. He helped us to arrange our transportation from Harbin to Snow Valley, from Snow Valley to Snow Town and arrange private transfer from Snow Valley to Siberia Tiger Park , Ice Snow World and back to our hotel in Harbin. We can never forget how wonderful our trip to Bear Mountains. Fun activities such as tube gliding, banana boat, snow mobile, skiing and play games. We even went for ice fish catching on a frozen river and brought back the fish to the hotel. All in all , we are very very happy.

The hotel is really comfortable and warm! The kids love the surrounding very much. The hotel also provide halal hot pot which is really good when outside temperature is really cold. The hotel host was really polite and provide great hospitality. He arranged everything from our travel from harbin until we were back to harbin again👍.

We had a great stay here for 2 nights. From day one, the service was excellent, very responsive, warm, and welcoming. The owner and his family were extremely kind and helpful, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The room was clean and well maintained. One of the best parts was the food—delicious halal meals were provided, so we had no worries at all as Muslim travelers. The owner also helped us plan nearby activities, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Communication was easy as Jasper speaks English. We highly recommend this place, especially for Muslim tourists. Thank you, Jasper, for the wonderful hospitality!

Highly recommend this B&B—it offers incredible value for money and an amazing experience. **Cleanliness and Environment**: A delightful surprise! I honestly expected the cleanliness to be subpar given the low price, but upon arrival, I found the B&B to be incredibly cozy, tidy, and clean. **Service**: The owner is fantastic. They offered activity suggestions, helped us book transportation, and even dropped us off at the starting point for our Yangcaoshan mountain trek early in the morning. They even checked in with us during our journey to see if we were on schedule to reach Snow Town. The owner also helped us get hot water for the 'ice-splashing' game. **Food**: The B&B offers a menu with local wild vegetables, and the dishes are prepared in a delicious, home-style manner. The restaurant is managed by the owner's parents, who are both very warm and friendly.
