One of the best homestay ever! Recommended to stay here. Both of the host are very nice and accomodate each of their guest. Even though we communicate using translator that’s not an issue. We have super fun stay and honestly we fell in love with snow village and sad to leave. The host arrange everything from transportation to our snow activities and even recorded and capturing video/photo for us. Just talk to them and they’ll arrange for you. They also offer warm tea/coffee and fruits! Very warm hospitality provided to the guest (feels like home). The bed and floor also warm. Great because the weather outside is super duper cold! Have a nice sleep ever. Deserve more than 5 stars!

We stayed at Kuolanting Inn for two nights and had a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by three friendly women. Although language was sometimes a barrier, we always felt well taken care of. The hosts patiently used a translator whenever we needed anything, which made communication smooth and reassuring. Mr. Gang was exceptional. Even before our arrival, he provided us with all the information we needed. He managed all our transportation—from Harbin to Snow Village and back to Harbin—and even arranged our transfers between Snow Village and Snow Town seamlessly. During our stay, he joined us in activities and recorded our moments using his 360° camera, which was such a thoughtful and special touch. The lady who cooked for us was lovely, and every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious. We felt full, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Would I recommend this place? Certainly,yes!

After taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. The host is very kind and friendly. I truly enjoyed staying here—the air is fresh and comfortable, and the room is clean. The host also kindly took photos of us while we were enjoying the hot water splash. In the evening, we were treated to a fireworks display, which was a lovely experience. The only downside is that the water pressure is quite low.

Overall, Snow Valley Hongbo Inn delivers a warm, comfortable, and well-supported stay. The combination of excellent service, halal food availability, and convenient location makes it highly recommended, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers visiting Snow Valley.

This place is the best. They contacted us directly after we book the place. Made the plans together. They arranged the plans according to our requests. The place is strategic, located at the town. The place is also looks like brand new, the room & toilet is clean. They also provide some halal foods if your require it. All in all, it was a perfect night. We stayed here for 3 nights. Some things that I think can improve is 1) Provide a larger towel for bathing purposes. 2) Provide another pillow as the current pillow seems flat (can be uncomfortable for some people)

It was my first time to go to Snow Valley and I booked a very good B&B. The owner was super nice and the people living there were warm and kind. Everyone chatted like friends and got free frozen pears and frozen persimmons. 🌟Participate in the bonfire party together and experience the Northeast duo 🌟The boss is super nice in organizing us to make candied haws together. 🌟Experienced making dumplings for the first time. There are many beautiful scenery in the Rime Ridge project🌟Skiing is very exciting 🌟Snowmobiles are super cool 🌟Banana Hovercraft There are still some that I haven’t done because skiing is too fun hahahahaha The aunt is very young and talks about life with us. The food she cooks is also delicious.
