Home2 Suites By Hilton Wuhan Hankou Railway Station Reviews

The hotel is conveniently located near Hankou Railway Station, with a subway station nearby. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, offering a free room upgrade and late check-out. The breakfast spread was ample, and the room itself was spotless, well-equipped with amenities like a microwave and coffee machine. The hotel's quiet environment is perfect for relaxation. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel front desk service was excellent. The room had a mini-fridge, coffee machine, and microwave. It's also very close to Hankou Railway Station. The breakfast was great.

Convenient location - right next to 汉口火车站.. room is also good - but there’s a noticeable faint smoke smell after unpacking/ staying in the room for a bit - note that I did specify wanting a non-smoking room, and double checked with the staff upon checking in (and all rooms were advertised as such - but well, indoor smoking is a prevalent issue in this part of the world). Staff did offer to change room, but I rejected since it’s getting late and I was staying only for one night - the redeeming factor is that the staff did manage to provide an air purifier and offered to spray some air fragrance - and I did notice that turning off a/c helped (and relying on the air from the air purifier, and luckily it’s a cool night). Breakfast is your (slightly better than) average spread. All in all, not a bad stay - but if given another chance, I would consider other similar tier properties.

Very close to Hankou Station, it's about a 5-10 minute walk to the station square. The hotel is on a street corner, easy to find. The front desk staff were very welcoming and upgraded my room as a Hilton member. The room was spacious, well-designed, clean, and tidy, and even had a smart toilet.

I chose this hotel for a business trip and was very satisfied overall. The room was spacious and clean, suitable for both work and rest, and the internet was fast. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to get around by taxi. The service was professional and thoughtful, and the hygiene standards were met. It's perfect for business travelers, and I'll definitely consider it first for my next business trip.

The breakfast selection is fantastic, with both Chinese and Western options. The freshly cooked noodle station is delicious, and the fruit is very fresh. Overall, it's great value for money. I would definitely choose this place again on my next visit to the city, and I've already recommended it to my friends who were traveling with me!

Great value for money! I specifically booked this hotel next to the train station because I had an early train to catch the next morning. It's just a quick walk across the road, and you can reach Hankou Station in under 10 minutes. The facilities are standard for a Hilton Garden Inn – everything you need is there, and it's clean and comfortable. Perfect for a one-night stopover if you're on the go.

The hotel is great. The front desk service was excellent, and the room arranged for us was very clean. It's also very close to Hankou Railway Station and the subway station, just a few minutes' walk, making it very convenient for getting around.

The front desk staff were very helpful and gave us a great room. The stay was fantastic, breakfast was plentiful, and the hotel facilities were excellent, including a laundry room and gym. I'll definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay! I booked this hotel near Hankou Station to catch an early train. Even though I missed the regular breakfast, the front desk thoughtfully prepared a breakfast bag for me, which was a very nice touch. The environment and hygiene were great, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the room was perfectly adequate. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. It's truly close to Hankou Station, just a 10-minute walk. Five-star rating all around, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm taking a train! 😁

This was my first stay and I was very satisfied. I stayed with my family, and the facilities were complete, and the breakfast was delicious. Having a microwave and a refrigerator was very convenient.

Clean and tidy, with thoughtful service. It's the top choice for business travelers.

Very good place. The staff also very nice. Near train station. A lot shop nearby. Love this hotel, will choose next time.

This is my second stay here, and it's just as convenient and efficient as I remember. Cleanliness and tidiness are a given. But I have to give a special shout-out to the breakfast – it's absolutely fantastic! Such a wide variety of choices and a comfortable, enjoyable environment. I'll definitely be back again!
