The couple at the reception is so kind and nice. They made our stay so nice and help us with everything we needed. The room is clean and smells good, all commodities around, the place is easy to find.

Sadly the bed was advertised as 1.8m (180cm) but was in 1.5m (150cm) in actuality. The photos didnt match our room

Very close to the subway station, good location for those coming from the High-Speed train station. Check-in a bit difficult, as it's difficult to find out that the hotel is located in a regular building, with no front. Room was clean and modern, but a bit noisy at night.

Guests need to have WeChat account in order to communicate with hotel as it is a self check-in which is in Chinese. Hotel will text you the security code for your room. Each room has own washing machine but hangers are limited. Less than 500 meters from metro station, can take metro to airport with one change of metro line

Good apartment, but bad service.

It's less than 100 meters from the subway station.... When we got to the front desk, it was closed but no one answered. We contacted them via WeChat and they finally gave us the door code. The room was smaller than we booked, and they said we were upgrading to a higher floor because our room needed repairs. We didn't have any registration documents when we checked in, so I'm not sure if that's legal..... There aren't many large restaurants nearby, but there is a small vegetable market and supermarket. There's a row of snack shops across the street. It's also close to East Lake Park by taxi.

There was a power outage when I checked in on the 13th. I found the staff, and the subsequent service attitude really left me speechless. They promised to help me take down my power bank at 9 am, but I waited until 9.30, and finally I had to deliver it and take down my own things. The power outage was fine, but the service was so bad

This hotel gave me a very good experience. The hostess was very welcoming and allowed us to check out late. The room was clean and tidy with a beautiful view. I especially liked the projector they provided, and the movie watching experience was great. I highly recommend this hotel!
