Wuhan Marriott Hotel Wuchang

An excellent experience overall! The front desk processed check-in quickly, and the staff were very patient and helpful. The room was spotless, and the mattress and pillows were super comfortable. The panoramic night view of Wuhan from the room was stunning. Breakfast offered a great variety and consistent quality. Everything was perfect; I highly recommend staying here.

The location is excellent, right by the subway, making it super convenient to get to attractions like Chu River and Han Street, Yellow Crane Tower, Jianghan Road, Hubei Provincial Museum, East Lake Scenic Area, and Wuhan University. The overall atmosphere is warm and comfortable. The room gets great natural light, and the stunning lake view from the window is incredibly pleasant. The cleanliness details were satisfying, and the staff were gentle and friendly, handling check-in and check-out efficiently. I plan to stay here again next time I visit the area.

The most pleasant surprise of my trip to Wuhan was the Xiangtou Marriott! As a newly opened high-rise five-star hotel, the overall facilities are top-notch. When you open the panoramic glass window, Donghu Lake and the city's buildings are all in view, and the night view from up high is incredibly therapeutic. The hotel is right next to the subway station, making it very convenient to get to Donghu Scenic Area, Yellow Crane Tower, and Han Street. Highly recommended.

I chose a room with a view of East Lake, and both the high-altitude night view and the daytime scenery were stunning. The room was clean and tidy, and both the front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were warm and polite. There's a foosball table and an arcade room outside the breakfast restaurant, which my child thoroughly enjoyed. Parking was also convenient. Suggestions for improvement: 1. The breakfast was a bit mediocre; there wasn't even fresh squeezed juice. 2. It seems the clock light on the Bluetooth speaker couldn't be turned off? I had to cover it, otherwise, it was a bit glaring in the middle of the night. 3. The room details page stated that an extra bed could be added when I booked, but in reality, it wasn't possible. I suggest revising the details page.

The hotel service was excellent, very clean and hygienic, and the breakfast was plentiful. They even provided free breakfast for two children, which was a very satisfying experience!

Staying in a corner room offered panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning high-altitude night views. The bathroom layout was well-designed, and the scenic bathtub provided an amazing experience. The amenities were complete and hygienically clean. This is truly a hidden gem among high-rise hotels in the Wuchang district.

The rooms offer fantastic lake views from floor-to-ceiling windows, and the amenities are comprehensive. The breakfast spread is varied and delicious, and the front desk staff are warm and attentive. From check-in to check-out, the service was thoughtful and impeccable. Highly recommended.
