The facilities, ambiance, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. We were also given a complimentary room upgrade. The location is very convenient for getting around and is quite close to shopping malls. Free underground parking is available.

Even though we arrived quite late, the front desk service was excellent. The room was very spacious and equipped with smart features. The view from the window was also lovely. Transportation was very convenient, and it was pleasantly quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance. Highly recommended!

Absolutely a five-star rating! From the ambiance and cleanliness to the service, everything was superb. The location is incredibly convenient, just a two- or three-minute walk from the metro station, making it super easy to get anywhere. The service, in particular, was outstanding – truly fantastic!

Came to Wuhan with friends and the kids. We visited the Yellow Crane Tower and the Yangtze River Bridge, both of which were incredibly crowded. Our accommodation was decent, and the location was very convenient for getting around. We hope to visit again in the future!

I brought my daughter to Wuhan for a competition. The night before her exam, she suddenly developed a high fever, her face flushed crimson, and she clutched my hand, whimpering, 'Mommy, I'm scared.' My voice trembling, I called the front desk to ask for the nearest hospital. Xiao Shan, who was on duty, immediately reassured me, 'Don't panic, sis. I'll send up a cooling patch first, and then ask 'Big Sister' to brew some ginger tea for you!' In no time, Xiao Shan and Big Sister arrived with a first-aid kit and the ginger tea. They skillfully applied the cooling patch to my daughter and rubbed her palms, murmuring, 'Don't be afraid, dear. Auntie's child also took exams, and a fever just means your body is fighting!' To my great surprise, they had also prepared some coarse grain porridge, explaining, 'The porridge is cooked thin, perfect for someone with a fever.' The ceramic spoon clinked against the bowl, and the warmth brought tears to my eyes. Xiao Shan, worried we might need something in the middle of the night, even left many items from the first-aid kit for us to use. The next morning, as we were leaving the hotel, Xiao Shan had already finished his shift. His colleague surprised us by giving my daughter some snacks, saying they knew about our situation and were concerned she might not have an appetite for breakfast. 'These are to settle her stomach and calm her nerves. She'll surely perform exceptionally after eating them!' My daughter ultimately entered the exam hall with the cooling patch still on, but I was weeping uncontrollably at the entrance. Not because of nerves, but because these strangers had turned mere 'help' into a profound and genuine bond. I'll never forget the reliability and heartfelt care of this Atour hotel in Wuhan. From now on, whenever I travel, I'll always choose Atour.

The 270° room view was amazing, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. I accidentally left some clothes in the room, and the staff promptly reached out to me – truly excellent!

I booked this hotel for a concert at Hongshan Gymnasium. The location is incredibly convenient – just a 3-minute walk from the subway exit, and even closer to the venue's North Entrance. The hotel is very new and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. Many thoughtful details were well-executed. As a gold member, I even got a room upgrade, and the view was fantastic.

The room was clean and tidy, featuring bright floor-to-ceiling windows with a great view of Wuhan city. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, and late-night congee was also available. The facilities were excellent; the gym was impressive, and laundry services were complimentary.

This is a lovely hotel, spotlessly clean and with peaceful surroundings. Its proximity to the subway station makes it incredibly convenient for getting around. The service, in particular, was exceptional. When my child developed a fever late at night and we returned from the hospital, I tentatively asked the front desk if they might have any porridge available. To our astonishment, they not only brought porridge but an entire tray brimming with food and drinks. We were truly moved by their thoughtfulness and generosity. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

While the breakfast didn't offer a huge variety, it was notably clean, and their soy milk, in particular, was incredibly rich and smooth. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Atour this time, and I'll definitely make it my top choice in other cities as well.

At night, you can enjoy panoramic views of the entire Wuhan cityscape, creating a truly wonderful ambiance! The entire room is smart and tech-filled, and the drinks in the mini-fridge are complimentary! Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's thoughtful service also included a very generous afternoon tea, fresh fruit 🍉, and a rich breakfast spread. I'll definitely choose Atour again on my next visit!

During my trip to Wuhan, I stayed at Atour Hotel and was really happy with the room. The front desk staff provided excellent service, the lobby was very bright and inviting, and the breakfast was delicious too!

I've always been a fan of Atour, but due to factors like subway distance and pricing, I usually ended up staying with HUAZHU Group hotels instead. This time, I found a suitable Atour and decided to give it a try, but I ended up being somewhat disappointed. The standard wasn't as high as I expected; it didn't feel any more upscale than a Quanji Hotel. However, I don't consider this a flaw of this particular property. The real drawback was the ineffective air conditioning. On the first day of our stay, before a heavy downpour, it was incredibly muggy, and the AC simply couldn't bring the temperature down. The room consistently stayed at 28 degrees Celsius. However, the hotel's service was quite good. They offered to move us to another room (though we weren't sure if changing rooms would help with central AC, and packing up our things felt like too much of a bother, so we declined). Later, they also brought us a fan and helped adjust the AC vents downwards. Despite these efforts, the air conditioning's cooling effect remained mediocre. The view was great, with floor-to-ceiling windows, which is a definite upgrade from most HUAZHU Group hotels. Enjoying takeout by the window on the morning of the downpour was a truly delightful experience. Also, the washing machines and dryers weren't app-connected, which I found quite inconvenient. Thankfully, we could write a note and have the staff take care of our laundry. One other minor drawback was that there was only one chair in the room, making it impossible for two people to eat together comfortably. We ended up dragging the sofa over to the table.
