The room was comfortable and spacious, and the service was efficient. Check-in was very quick. They offered tea upon arrival and water upon departure. The bedding was very comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious, with over 30 Chinese and Western options. I'll definitely come again.

The front desk service was meticulous. This time, I booked a deluxe twin room and truly experienced the genuine hospitality of the Wuhan people. I had a wonderful time these past few days, exploring during the day and returning to a comfortable room at night. The bedding was excellent, making it easy to fall asleep. The room facilities had a unique and fresh Chinese style. I give this stay a big thumbs up; my impression was fantastic. This will be my top choice next time I visit Wuhan.

The Echarm Hotel on Nanjing Road was a pleasant surprise! The room was clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful. They prepared a fruit platter for our arrival in advance and even gave us two extra bottles of water. The breakfast was also excellent and varied, with noodles, vegetables, and fruits (a good mix of Chinese and Western options) – delicious and healthy! Plus, the location is super convenient for visiting the Bund and the pedestrian street. The price was also reasonable. A really great stay! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

When traveling with family, it's essential to stay in a hotel that's in the city center and near a subway station, and this Echeng Hotel fits the bill perfectly. It's incredibly convenient for getting to East Lake, Yellow Crane Tower, Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, Hubei Provincial Museum, and even Wuhan Railway Station and the airport. The room layout is essentially like two rooms, with the bathroom completely separate from the bed, so there's no light disturbance. The only issue was the central air conditioning vent blowing directly onto the bed, which made for a poor night's sleep initially. However, after speaking with the front desk, a technician quickly came with a small stool and installed a baffle at the vent, and the problem was immediately resolved. All in all, this hotel is perfect. Staying in a bustling area can be summed up in one word: "convenient"!

The staff were friendly, and it's not far from Hankou Station by taxi. It's also very close to Jiqing Street. The room was clean enough, had all the essentials, and still felt new since it was recently renovated. It's suitable for travelers. The room was also quite spacious. Good service!

Honestly, spending just over a thousand for this hotel really wasn't worth it! It felt more like a 3-star standard. I only went to the breakfast buffet once because it was truly mediocre!
