Wuhan Xilai Light Luxury Homestay (Xujiapeng Metro Station Branch)

The room was a bit small, but it had all the essential facilities and was very comfortable. The best part was the excellent service from the front desk staff. They even proactively helped us buy laundry detergent and gave us a travel guide, which was incredibly helpful for us, being minors. Plus, there are plenty of shops and eateries downstairs, and it's right next to the subway station. Highly recommend!

Currently, I'm still traveling in other cities, but compared to the other hotels I've stayed in recently, I really like this one. The facilities and environment are relatively new. When traveling with family, I really care about cleanliness and convenient transportation. The subway is right downstairs, which is very convenient. Parking is a bit more troublesome, but acceptable. Overall, it's very good, and customer service was also very patient and helpful.

Great for families with kids! Two large beds mean no squeezing together, which is a big plus.

The hotel is located in a commercial building, which can be a bit noisy. The sofa was quite old, the bedding wasn't great, and the air conditioning had a musty smell. I wouldn't recommend it for families with children. On the plus side, the price was very affordable.

The housekeeping staff did a thorough job, and amenities were replenished promptly and generously, making for a truly worry-free stay. The staff provided warm and attentive service. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick, and the staff were friendly, proactively offering information on routes and local dining. Requests were met promptly, whether it was for item delivery or borrowing something; there was never a sense of being brushed off, making me feel right at home. The location is a major plus, being close to the subway and a commercial district. It was incredibly convenient for taking taxis, dining, shopping, and visiting attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so transportation was never an issue. Room facilities were new and complete. The air conditioning, TV, and hot water worked perfectly and reliably. The mattress was just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring an undisturbed rest. The room also came with a desk, charging outlets, and a full set of toiletries. Public areas offered self-service laundry and water dispensers, showing great attention to detail. Overall, the value for money is exceptional. It’s clean, hassle-free, conveniently located, and offers top-notch service. I will definitely choose this hotel again for future trips and highly recommend it to all travelers.

Right by Xujiaping Metro Station, with plenty of shops downstairs, making life super convenient. The room was pretty tidy, equipped with a washing machine and a mini-fridge. The air conditioning was surprisingly quiet, and watching movies on the projector was really relaxing. The bed was also quite comfortable. Service responses were quick too. Overall, a great choice.
