The location is excellent, with plenty of dining options and easy transportation nearby. The hotel itself is clean and fresh, and the soundproofing is good. The staff are friendly, and it offers great value for money. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The soundproofing is just okay.

The hotel is very close to the East Entrance of the train station, but there's no direct path to it. You have to walk through the parking lot. The hotel facilities and environment are excellent and very clean. The service is also very warm and welcoming.

Clean. Automatic toilet, convenient for kids. Subway station right outside the door, making travel easy. Affordable price. Breakfast was filling.

I was about to take a shower right after entering the room, but then I noticed hair and an unknown liquid on the toilet seat... It just goes to show that the cleaning staff weren't thorough at all. I really wouldn't expect this at such a large chain hotel.

The hotel is right next to the East Square of the train station, visible as soon as you exit. However, getting a taxi to other places is inconvenient as the location isn't precise. The room was relatively clean, but the air conditioning was incredibly noisy, making it difficult to sleep all night. The soundproofing was also poor; I could clearly hear everything happening in the hallway. The front desk service was okay, but the woman in the restaurant had a very bad attitude. My booking clearly stated it included one breakfast, but she followed me around insisting my order didn't include breakfast. I'm not sure if this was a platform issue or a communication breakdown with the front desk.
