Holiday Inn WUHAN TIANHE AIRPORT by IHG

This was my first time staying at the Holiday Inn Express at Wuhan Airport. The facilities are excellent. It's located at T2, and while they don't have their own shuttle, they partner with the airport, so you can take an electric cart or a shuttle bus within the terminal. It's very close, even walkable. Quite convenient.

It's quite convenient, especially when arriving in Wuhan on a late-night flight. You can get some good rest before heading into the city in the morning. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from T3 International Airport indoors. The hotel is pretty quiet, likely catering more to foreign visitors. Overall, it's a very good choice. I'd consider staying here again if I get another chance to visit Wuhan. I also had a bowl of vegetarian dry noodles for 16 RMB, including sake, at the airport.

I arrived around midnight, so I decided to stay one night before heading into the city. Terminal 3 is quite a distance from Terminal 2, but once you get to T2, you just cross the road and you'll see the Holiday Inn. The hotel lobby is shared and very comfortable. The lady at the front desk upgraded my room and even gave us two complimentary drinks. I was hungry, so I ordered room service, and the food was delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable. The water pressure was excellent, and they even offered a choice of soft or firm pillows, which was a nice touch. What truly impressed me was the soundproofing in the room – it was absolutely fantastic! It was so quiet and peaceful; I didn't hear any disturbing noises at all. I highly recommend this hotel if you're arriving on a late-night flight, as it's very close to the airport. The next day, when we needed to go back to T3 to take the subway, the hotel even provided us with a shuttle bus pass, saving us 5 RMB per person.

The Holiday Inn Wuhan Tianhe Airport is incredibly convenient for travel, and the environment is clean and comfortable. Louie and Bella at the front desk were warm, attentive, and efficient, making for an excellent check-in experience. Highly recommended!

The rooms are spacious, and the hotel is very close to the airport, making it super convenient for travelers catching early flights – you can just walk right over. The breakfast is generous, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only minor drawback is that you have to go into the airport to eat, although the hotel does have its own restaurant. The mattresses are comfortable, it's quiet, and there's a pool if you fancy a swim.

I chose to stay here to save time getting to the airport early in the morning. It's a pretty standard hotel overall. The only thing I'd really complain about is the inefficiency of the front desk staff! Slow front desk service is a common frustration for many travelers; it not only wastes time but also puts a damper on your trip. It wasn't even peak season or crowded, but the front desk's inefficiency caused long queues. During holidays or peak season, it takes one receptionist over ten minutes to check in a single guest.

Arrived late at night and got upgraded to a suite, so thankful, haha! It's right next to Tianhe Airport, within walking distance. The room was soundproofed well, and the mattress was comfortable. All in all, a five-star review!
