The smart assistant (Tmall Genie) in the room was amazing! Voice-controlling the lights, curtains, and air conditioning was a godsend for lazy people, and it felt so high-tech! I didn't have to lift a finger, and Tmall Genie was super responsive. This is the most convenient smart hotel I've ever stayed at, and I'll definitely be back!
