Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Ambiance: Good Service: Very thoughtful. The bathroom in my original room had a leak right after I checked in, and they immediately helped me switch rooms.

The hotel has a great location, the rooms are new, and the facilities are complete. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic. There's a book bar and coffee machine in the lobby. For takeout, a robot delivers food. When checking out, they even gave a small gift. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Wuhan. Plus, the Yan Jiang Cheng restaurant right outside is excellent value for money.

This is a newly opened hotel, and the hygiene is excellent. There's a slight scent of wood and air freshener, which is acceptable. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great river view, and it's easy to open them for ventilation. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich, a mix of Chinese and Western options, and tastes really good. You can even see the Yellow Crane Tower from there! It's very close to the subway station, and getting a taxi right outside is convenient. There's a commercial street downstairs, so ordering takeout is easy, and you can get all the highly recommended local dishes. Overall, this is the most satisfying Atour Hotel I've stayed at so far!
