The service was excellent. They were always quick to help with any issues, and the room environment was also very good.

My stay at Orange Hotel far exceeded my expectations! The whole place was clean and fresh, without any damp or musty smells. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the blackout curtains sealed perfectly, letting me sleep in until late morning. The public areas had a lounge, complimentary tea, and a 24-hour robot delivery service – thoughtful details all around. The location was convenient with plenty of dining options nearby. For the price, the quality was top-notch!

Excellent location! The front desk staff went above and beyond to help us with all our requests, from finding things we needed to even doing our laundry and delivering it back to our room. This service is a lifesaver, especially when traveling in the south. The front desk was incredibly warm and responsive, always ready to assist and offer solutions. I'll definitely be back!

This hotel is super conveniently located, just a two-minute walk from Xunlimen subway station and literally one minute from Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and tidy, and the soundproofing is excellent. The breakfast spread is extensive and delicious. Both the front desk staff and the breakfast staff are really friendly and always greet you with a smile. It's a fantastic hotel, and I'll definitely choose this Orange Hotel again next time I'm in Wuhan.

The hotel's location is convenient, just a three-minute walk from the subway station and close to the pedestrian street. It's super easy to find places to eat and shop. The hygiene is good and it's clean. I mistakenly thought it would be noisy because it's near the pedestrian street, but it was actually very quiet at night.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It is about hundred metres away from the pedestrain street and very convenient for shopping and eating.Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The room ia very small and smell horrible.The traffic in front of the hotel is terrible especially during peak hours.I would not stay here again.

This was my parents' first time traveling alone, and since they didn't want a tour group, I had to arrange a self-guided trip for them. These days, you can pretty much manage everything with a smartphone, and even though I'd planned their route, bought their tickets, and booked their accommodation before they left, they still ran into a lot of issues on the road. I really want to give a huge shout-out to the ladies at the hotel's front desk. My parents kept saying how incredibly patient they were. During their stay, they asked them for help with their phones, booking taxis, and countless other questions, and the staff patiently helped them with everything. They even thoughtfully wrote little notes and put them in my parents' phone cases as backups... My parents specifically told me to make sure I left a good review, because they had bothered the hotel staff so much over those few days, and the staff were so incredibly patient and helpful. A huge thank you to the lovely ladies at the front desk – they were professional, enthusiastic, patient, and truly caring. The hotel itself had a great environment, a good location, and a very diverse breakfast selection that my parents really enjoyed. But the most important thing was the excellent service. I could give them 10086 thumbs up here!!

We always enjoy our stay at Orange Hotel. Service is great, I really like the amenities and we loved the bay window to watch the hustle and bustle out on the street!
