不知道是不是因為訂的特惠房，就不配擁有安靜房間休息，當天趕了一路23點多到酒店，拿到房卡進房間開空調聲音太大，反饋到前台，前台當班人員讓下樓換房，並告知退房第二天走的早希望能換個安靜的房間休息，沒想到換房後空調依然如此，噪音一晚上基本上沒怎麼睡，凌晨12點多，前台接到攜程客服電話説因客户發現價格相差49元，可否取消訂單，重新預訂，酒店不同意；酒店人員給我房間打電話説網上價格沒有變動，得虧有截圖不然還覺得我是故意找茬；房間衞生及環境也不好，地理位置還可以，第二天早班服務人員態度還可以。
