Shangri-La Hotel Wuhan

The front desk helped me with an early check-in and also a late check-out, which was great service. The pool is also excellent and suitable for kids. The pool staff were very responsible and even helped look after the children. Next time I'm in Wuhan, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

The transportation is very convenient, with MixC (shopping mall) right next door. The room was great, very clean, and the service was excellent. Overall, it felt really good. The whole atmosphere was very Shangri-La, definitely a true 5-star experience.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff upgraded me to a suite, which was very spacious. This established hotel really does everything well; it's almost always my first choice when I come to Wuhan for business.

The service was excellent! We stayed during the May Day holiday and the service was really attentive. Manager Hans even gave us a complimentary breakfast, which was incredibly rich and easily comparable to popular breakfast spots outside. The afternoon tea at the executive lounge was also exquisite, but we were simply too full to fully enjoy it. It also happened to be my birthday, and although they didn't have chocolate cake, they still brought us some small pastries. I also heard the pool is quite good. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and hopefully, I'll get to try the pool then!

This hotel has a classic service style that feels comfortable without being overly enthusiastic. The location is excellent, with three subway lines right downstairs, making it very convenient for getting around.

A bit old but the service is standard, and the location is great. I wasn't a fan of the toiletries' scent. The room size was good, and staying on a higher floor was comfortable. Breakfast was nothing special, neither good nor bad.

The hotel is a bit old and the room facilities are quite basic. However, Shangri-La is a major chain, so I expected good service, and they delivered! I came down with a fever during my stay, and the staff were very attentive. Seeing that we had a child with us, they even gave us extra bottles of water. Aside from the aging hardware, everything else about the hotel was quite satisfactory.
