Staying at Fuli Hwa again feels just like coming home. I travel between two cities for work, so I end up staying here for a couple of days almost every month or two. This time it was during the National Day holiday, and the hotel was bustling! They had intangible cultural heritage displays, folk customs, and even kids' craft activities – so many fun things that kept the children entertained. In the morning, Xiaobai (the robot dog) was surrounded by people, all eager to play with it. This smart robot dog is quite a seasoned performer now! Manager Shan Shan is still as attentive as ever. Every time I come, she makes sure my room is arranged beforehand and goes over all the important details. No matter when I message her on WeChat, Xiao Shan always responds promptly. Her service is truly exceptional. The hotel has its own parking lot, and it's free. However, these past two days, there were wedding parties checking in and holding banquets at the hotel, so it was quite crowded with both cars and people. I've rambled a bit, but that's about it!

We took a family trip to Wuhan over the National Day holiday, and staying at the Shanshui Furama Hotel was a great experience. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to the subway station right outside, and only 5 minutes away from a great selection of local food spots. They offer free parking, which was super convenient, making it really easy to reach attractions either by car or by metro. Plus, you can enjoy afternoon tea on the first floor with your room key, and the vibe was fantastic.

The front desk service was excellent and very warm-hearted ❤️. They even gave us fruit. The environment was very quiet, and the bedding was super comfortable, so we had a fantastic rest. It was also my first time flying on a domestic C919, and that was very comfortable too.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hygiene was clean and tidy. The location was convenient, with the subway nearby, and the Yellow Crane Tower just around the corner. Ziyang Park is also a good spot for a run. The service attitude was excellent. The afternoon tea noodles were good, and there was a wide variety of snacks.

The accommodation experience at this hotel is excellent because it is right next to a subway station, making transportation very convenient. The front desk staff, Xiao Hu, was also very enthusiastic, and all requests were promptly responded to and fulfilled. The afternoon tea was also a wonderful highlight, with a diverse variety of dishes to choose from and the view was delightful. This is a place worth visiting again.

I have to give a shout-out to the service, it was outstanding. After checking out, Manager Hao Hao called me, specifically noting that I had stayed before. He asked about my experience, recommended special offers for future trips, and discussed details like future booking and reception arrangements. Xiao Hao was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. I was very satisfied with the room; it was quiet and comfortable, and the bedding was soft. The mini-bar drinks and nuts were complimentary. Plus, the hotel has a gift shop on the first floor with cultural and creative gifts, tea, tea sets, etc., which are perfect for entertaining or for travelers, and the prices are reasonable with unique items. The location is also a plus; the subway entrance is right outside, making it very quick to get from the high-speed rail station. It's also close to attractions like the Yellow Crane Tower and the Yangtze River Bridge. Overall, the value for money is exceptional, and the environment and service are both top-notch. Highly recommended!

Choosing the Shanshui Rich Plaza Hotel was definitely the right decision. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Fuxing Road Metro Station on Line 4, which saved us a lot of hassle when traveling with a child. The front desk staff, especially Capper, provided incredibly thoughtful service during check-in, even preparing children's toiletries. The room was clean and spacious with good soundproofing. We had a minor issue during our stay, but it was resolved immediately, and we were even given a late check-out. We could also see the Yellow Crane Tower from our room. We received a complimentary afternoon tea with a rich variety of fruits and pastries – perfect for a relaxing break after exploring. All drinks in the minibar were free, and the self-service laundry room had brand-new equipment for washing and drying clothes promptly. Overall, the attention to detail is impressive, offering great value for money. The common areas are clean and refreshing, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable, making it suitable for both leisure travelers and short-term residents. Both the service and facilities deserve a five-star rating.

Exploring Wuhan in depth, I stayed at the Shanshui Fulihua Hotel for four consecutive days, and the experience was consistently excellent. The hotel is located in the core area of Wuchang, surrounded by attractions like Yellow Crane Tower and Hubu Alley. The subway entrance is right next door, making both taxi and subway travel very convenient. The guest rooms were meticulously cleaned daily, and all facilities were well-maintained. The robot delivery service was efficient and convenient. There's also a robot dog, Xiaobai, in the lobby, which my child adored and would greet every morning before heading out. The afternoon tea had generous serving hours and a rich variety of options. In the evening, hot congee and beef noodles were available, satisfying dining needs at different times (P4). The hotel staff (capper) were very attentive; the room arranged for us even offered a distant view of Yellow Crane Tower (P3, though we only discovered it on the last day 😂). Our butler helped us plan our sightseeing routes and sent us recommendations for local eateries, which was incredibly helpful. The Feifei Xia Zhuang crayfish restaurant near the hotel is excellent and worth trying. The room had good soundproofing, and the bedding was soft, allowing for a peaceful rest after a full day of sightseeing. Mini-bar drinks were refilled daily for free, much to my child's delight. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Wuhan. Both the adults and children on this trip were very satisfied.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The reception was warm and welcoming, and the staff were very helpful in recommending local food and places of interest in Wuhan. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I also appreciated the thoughtful welcome fruits provided for guests. Overall, a pleasant experience and we would be happy to stay here again!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Metro Line 4. The front desk upgraded my room, and I could see the Yellow Crane Tower from my window. All services were top-notch; the front desk staff were warm and attentive, even providing a map of Wuhan's tourist attractions. The concierge was enthusiastic and thorough, recommending local specialty restaurants which turned out to be delicious. She even checked in daily to see if I needed anything. The housekeeping staff were also very diligent and responsible. The soundproofing in the room was great too. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Wuhan.

Stayed one night at the Shanshui Fuli Hua Hotel in Wuhan, and it was absolutely a perfect experience! The hotel has its own parking lot, making parking convenient and secure. The lobby features a stunning panoramic view of the Han River, and there's a bookshelf filled with books, so you can easily grab one to pass the time. Complimentary fruits and tea are always available in the lobby, and the air conditioning temperature was just right. Milo at the front desk arranged a room with a distant view of Yellow Crane Tower and complimentary afternoon tea. The mini-bar in the room was also free. We received a welcome fruit platter upon check-in, and there's a free self-service laundry room on the first floor. Milo also recommended nearby attractions and was available to contact anytime with questions. He even offered to arrange a room in advance for our next visit. The room facilities were excellent, and the location is great, close to major attractions like Yellow Crane Tower, Dacheng Road, Liangdao Street, and Hubu Alley. I was very satisfied with my short one-night stay and would definitely come back given the chance!!!

Traveling to Wuhan for the Qingming Festival, this hotel's location was super convenient. It's within walking distance of the Xinhai Revolution Memorial Hall, and the Yellow Crane Tower, Hubu Alley, and Liangdao Street are all very close by. The entrance to Shoyi Road Metro Station Exit C is right outside the door. We booked an executive suite because we have a baby. The room was spacious with a floor-to-ceiling window and a large full-length mirror. Having two bathrooms was incredibly practical, and there was a bathtub with a disposable tub liner, perfect for bathing the baby. The hotel lobby offers free washing machines and dryers, and they'll even deliver your clean laundry back to your room. Miaomiao from guest services was incredibly warm and thoughtful. She specifically arranged a high-floor room for us, offering a clear view of the Yellow Crane Tower in the distance. She also thoughtfully recommended local restaurants like Feifei and Laicai; Feifei's braised prawns were absolutely amazing! There's a breakfast buffet on the second floor with local specialties like Wuhan hot dry noodles. We also received a complimentary afternoon tea. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel, opened in 2019, has really done well to stay in business until now! The overall staff service quality is quite high and very thoughtful. They offered a free room upgrade, and all the fruits, snacks, and drinks were complimentary. The complimentary afternoon tea could be enjoyed from 11 AM all the way until 10 PM, which was a pleasant surprise ☺️. The laundry room offers 24-hour service, and they even dry, fold, and return your clothes to your room for free. This kind of service definitely deserves a thumbs-up! 👍 Wishing the hotel continued success! 👌

Staying at the Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Hotel was an absolutely fantastic experience. I've stayed here several times now. The hotel is located in Wuchang's old town, very close to the Yellow Crane Tower and the Yangtze River Bridge, making it perfect for enjoying the city's night views in the evening. The service was thoughtful and warm everywhere; Capper even turned on the AC for us in advance and prepared welcome fruits. The room decor was elegant, and the hygiene was impeccable. There were multiple pillow options, ensuring a great night's sleep. The complimentary afternoon tea had a refined selection, with delicious handmade pastries, and there was even hot beef noodles in the evening. The subway entrance is right outside, making transportation to any attraction smooth and convenient. Next time, I can even contact them beforehand to arrange the room, and they are quick to respond to any issues. Whether it's for sightseeing, dining, or the overall stay, everything was flawless. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Wuhan.
