The stuff is kind and helpful. The breakfast is very good. Tha room was what we expected.

People who want doorstep access to metro , can book this . Food is good , staffs are welcoming.

Arrived in Wuhan around 6 AM—tired with a one-year-old baby. Check-in time was 2 PM, but we got instantly approved for early check-in when they saw we were traveling with a baby. They took just 10 minutes to set up the baby crib for us. The room was already clean, and the front desk staff was friendly. The location is great—situated on the 7th floor of a mall, making it super convenient to access food and markets. Will definitely book here again when we visit family and friends in Wuhan!

Great location, although not exactly close to any tourists hot spots but there is a mall and metro station right underneath the apartment, so there is no need to worry about weather and can get to anywhere easily. Hotel facilities include a full gym, ping pong table (my parents loved it), and female change room has a big jacuzzi (which is NOT in operation in winter, which is a pity!), and steam room and sauna. To use them, you need to tell the front desk 30 min prior for them to turn it on. The change is cold and there is no hot water for the shower (something to improve on). Breakfast has a nice varieties of Chinese buns, and hot food, it is more suitable for a Chinese/Asian appetite. If you order food delivery, they deliver it to you with a robot, impressive! The 3-bedroom apartment was very spacious and me and my family thoroughly enjoyed it.

Loved the room but hated the smell.

We had a very pleasant 4 nights here and enjoyed our stay very much. It's connected to the mall beside where there is supermarket, cinema, massage, hair saloons, good coffee, archery, yoga studio and many non digital entertainment for children. Excellent location as it is beside a metro station and easy to hail taxi.

Not only no muslim food for breakfast but staff don't care and told us no pork at everything until we found pork sausage in their fried rice

Once again a great Somerset experience! The room was very spacious and clean. There were even toys for our daughter. The breakfast was a good selection, both Chinese and Western. The fitness centre and children's playground were also impressive. The location above a mall and the metro is unbeatable! The staff spoke very good English, which is not usual in China. We would love to come back! All in all a very good performance, please keep up the good work!

Great place and weight next to the Metro station with just two stops to the centre of old Hankou and the pedestrianised street. Also just outside is Starbucks, and a shopping centre and I especially recommend the howler just outside sell the most delicious flat breads ever at just RMB3 each!! Our two bed room apartment was clean, well provisioned kitchen and perfect for us!

Room 1205 is big, comes with a washing machine! Air conditioning has heating function, so room is not cold during the winter stay. The bathroom floor is not properly aligned, the drain is higher than centre of the bathroom, causing a pool of water after showers and will remains there for a long time
