Huge thanks to Manager Jiang and Xiaoxiong for their attentive service and care even before I checked in. It's clear that Hongshan Hotel is exceptionally well-managed and maintained. It's like they say, 'A Ferrari is still a Ferrari, even when it's old.' The pool was also very well-maintained.

The room was spacious and very clean. Since it's the off-season, they even gave us a free room upgrade. The hotel is right by the subway, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The staff were also very friendly. Highly recommend!

This is my third time booking the Hongshan Hotel. It's clean and hygienic, and the front desk handles check-in quickly. The location is super convenient, with Metro Lines 2 and 4 right at the entrance, so you don't need to transfer to get to the airport or high-speed train station – it's incredibly handy! The only minor issue is that the shower door leaks a bit, but they've already reported it for repair.

The hotel is only steps to metro. Its very clean with good services. it's close to local eating areas and shoppings. We will come again next time.

The rooms are decorated in a minimalist and elegant style, creating a very comfortable ambiance. The lady at the front desk and all other staff members were incredibly attentive, patient, and kind. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Wuhan.

You can tell from the ambiance and cleanliness that this was once a high-end hotel. However, perhaps precisely because of this, the front desk staff seemed rather unenthusiastic. Their service attitude is nowhere near as welcoming or professional as what you'd find at modern budget hotels! Seriously, it's the 21st century – they really need to get with the times. And on top of that, upon check-in, I actually found a slipper left behind by a previous guest! Haha.

Prime central location, just steps away from the subway station. The Hongshan Hotel is a historic establishment known for its established quality. The complimentary snacks provided by the hotel were a very thoughtful touch. What truly impressed me was that an hour before check-in, a staff member called to inquire about our specific requests. The service was exceptionally attentive.

The hotel has a great reputation and is very conveniently located, and the breakfast was also delicious and varied. The rooms have a somewhat nostalgic or retro design. However, during the plum rain season, the corridors had a noticeable smell. Housekeeping was perhaps a bit *too* efficient; they mistakenly threw away my child's mineral water bottle, which he was using to keep pet snails caught from outside, thinking it was rubbish. My child was quite upset about this. The service robots frequently used the scenic elevators, which occasionally made them busy, or perhaps we just happened to be using the elevators designated for them. Parking was plentiful, and the concierge service was also excellent. 😃

The service was excellent. My child found a hair in the bathtub. We initially just expected them to clean the tub, but to our surprise, the front desk proactively upgraded us to a family room and even provided a complimentary fruit platter and cookies.

We had a slight issue with our check-in on the first day, but the lobby front desk staff resolved it patiently and quickly. Very impressed! The hotel boasts a good selection of restaurants, from casual to more formal. This was fantastic, especially with Wuhan's hot weather, as we could easily dine within the hotel. While the swimming pool is outsourced and often hosts kids' lessons, the water temperature was perfect, and my child absolutely loved it. All the hotel staff were incredibly polite and provided genuinely warm service. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would certainly return if I'm ever in Wuchang again.

This is a fantastic hotel! They were incredibly thoughtful and upgraded our room. The subway entrance is right outside the door, which made getting around super convenient. Our stay was also very comfortable. A great hotel overall, looking forward to staying here again!

The hotel boasts a wonderful ambiance with luxurious and grand decor. Our room was incredibly quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep, and was impeccably clean. The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and provided excellent service. The breakfast spread was also rich and varied.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around, and there are several good restaurants nearby. The rooms are quite spacious and generally quiet at night (though one evening, children in the room above were a bit noisy, perhaps excited by their summer vacation). The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and a special shout-out to Li Baofeng, the bellhop at the west entrance, whose service was absolutely fantastic! Breakfast was decent overall, though I found the variety of hot stir-fried dishes somewhat lacking. A couple of minor suggestions for improvement: 1. The elevators lacked audible signals and directional light indicators, which was a minor inconvenience. 2. The shampoo in the bathroom was of mediocre quality; I hope they consider upgrading to a better brand.
