Excellent location. We were given a high-floor room with fantastic views of Wuhan city. The facilities are very modern, it was quiet at night, and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the Re Gan Mian (hot dry noodles) were especially good.

I stayed for several days in a row, and the room genuinely matched my preferred style—a light luxury aesthetic. Both the ambiance and facilities of the room were outstanding. The front desk staff consistently maintained a friendly smile, and the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with excellent transport links making getting around a breeze. The room itself was fully equipped, clean, and tidy, with all necessary toiletries provided. Manager R in the lobby provided excellent service, always ready to assist with any request. This hotel comes highly recommended!

The hygiene was really poor; there was a thick layer of dust. Upon arrival, they didn't notice I had a child with me and didn't proactively ask if I needed extra children's toiletries or slippers; I had to ask for them. The bath mat was completely forgotten and not provided until two days into our stay.

The room genuinely looked quite rundown. Aside from its proximity to the train station, there are many other affordable hotel options nearby that I think would be a better choice. The minibar was well-stocked, but the cleanliness needs improvement, especially the shower facilities which were very old and worn.

This is the worst Wyndham I've ever stayed at. The room looked dilapidated, and even though it's not a newly renovated hotel, there was a strong smell of paint fumes, which they tried to cover up with an overpowering, cheap perfume. The worst part was that there was no AC control in the room to ventilate, making for an agonizing night. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to avoid it. The strange dolls on the headboard of the twin beds were also creepy. It's even worse than an economy hotel.
