Wanda Reign Wuhan

The room was incredibly spacious, bright, and comfortable. The service and attention to detail were impeccable. The executive lounge offered beautiful views and exquisite food, and breakfast was abundant. The recreational facilities were also comprehensive and well-equipped.

Wanda Reign Hotel is consistently satisfying, as always! 👍 From the handsome guys who help with luggage and open car doors at the entrance, to the ladies at the front desk on the first floor, the lovely staff on the 28th-floor executive lounge, and the big sisters from housekeeping – everyone is incredibly friendly and polite! 👍 Getting a taxi at the entrance is super convenient, and you can wait comfortably in the lobby sofa area. The Shuiguohu subway station is just to the left when you exit, making metro travel easy too! 👍 Highly recommended!

Although the hotel has been open for a while, it's still a good stay. Eira, the butler, was great 👍. Overall, it's excellent, with a delicious and varied breakfast, especially the authentic Wuhan hot dry noodles!

Our butler, Eira, was incredibly professional – not intrusive at all, but always there when needed, providing excellent service. We had a great experience! Wuhan was also a lot of fun. Thumbs up! It's an executive hotel with a pretty rich breakfast spread.

Had a wonderful stay at Hei Zhuan Yi Cheng Yi Fang with my family for a night. The hotel's butler service was excellent, and the location is superb. The room view was great, and although the decor isn't brand new, it's very well-maintained. Highly recommend!

Right outside the hotel is a metro station, which is super convenient for getting around. The cleanliness and service were both excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

High-end, clean, and excellent service. This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Wuhan. It's also conveniently located for shopping.

I booked a connecting room. On the first day, they sent fruit and a doll. Downstairs is Chu River and Han Street, a newly built commercial area – it's okay to browse, but not a must-see. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a subway station. I heard that the Jiahua Hotel across the street is also owned by Wanda. A local driver told me this whole area used to be an old factory in Wuhan, later acquired and redeveloped by Wanda. The food options aren't plentiful, but it's great for being close to the Hubei Provincial Museum and East Lake. However, an Atour Hotel is right next door.

The environment was pretty good, although some of the facilities were a bit tricky to use. However, the view outside the window was beautiful. I was quite disappointed with the breakfast – no seafood at all, and no edible meat dishes. For 228 yuan, it definitely wasn't worth the price. It was the worst breakfast I've had at a five-star hotel!
