Overall, my stay was good, but there's still room for improvement regarding concierge service during checkout. The hotel's environment and facilities were excellent, and my check-in experience was smooth. However, I encountered a minor issue during checkout: I called the concierge department in the morning before checking out, hoping they could help with my luggage. I waited in my room, but the concierge never arrived as promised, and I ended up carrying my bags down myself due to time constraints. I understand that hotels can be short-staffed during peak hours. Still, I recommend improving the follow-up and execution of service appointments. Alternatively, it would be helpful to inform guests proactively if a service cannot be arranged promptly to avoid unnecessary waiting. I hope the hotel can refine this detail to enhance the overall service experience.

The room was quite clean, and the breakfast was very rich. My foreign friends were very satisfied with the breakfast. It's convenient to go out, and the room was cleaned spotless.

The room was spotless and well-equipped. The floor-to-ceiling windows were completely sealed, providing excellent soundproofing! Every corner of the hotel featured artwork, and the view outside the window was absolutely stunning!

The location is super convenient, directly accessible from Exit D of Guanggu Avenue Station on Metro Line 2. The lobby retains the design of its predecessor, The Puyu, with a whole wall of bookshelves and bronze elements from Chu culture, giving it an 'ancient tomb chic' vibe that's both sophisticated and tasteful – perfect for photos. The room itself is spacious. The dark wood paneling, while a bit dim, adds a touch of quality. The bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is good. The bathtub and double sinks are a big plus. Breakfast is definitely a highlight! They have all the classic Wuhan breakfast dishes like Re Gan Mian (hot dry noodles), San Xian Dou Pi (three-delicacy tofu skin), and Mian Wo (fried doughnut). The freshly cooked noodle station is bustling with activity, and the Western cold cuts and freshly ground coffee are also excellent. You'll definitely be full before you head out for the day! The overall service is attentive; the front desk even gave me a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor room with a view. I highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and leisure. I'd definitely come back for a second stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The only Hyatt in Wuhan, and the environment is truly fantastic. The overall vibe is very upscale, haha. The service is quite warm and attentive to details. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel's facilities definitely don't feel five-star from a hardware perspective; the bathroom floor was quite run down. The room's cleanliness also fell short of a five-star standard. Compared to other Hyatt hotels I've stayed at in other cities, there's a noticeable gap, and my experience was quite disappointing, especially compared to previous Hyatt stays.

The hotel lobby has a great ambiance; I'd always relax there after a day out. It's super convenient, just a two-minute walk to the subway station to the left, and Huazhong University of Science and Technology is within walking distance. Peggy was fantastic, providing top-notch service! Thumbs up to her!
