Grand Madison Wuhan Hankou on the Bund

Came here to visit my son and chose this hotel. It looks beautiful from the outside, the room hygiene is excellent, and the location is great. Especially the young lady at the front desk and the lobby staff, their service was incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast was also very rich and varied. When we left, the lobby manager even gave us a souvenir. Thumbs up! 👍👍 I'll definitely stay here again next time. It was a fantastic experience.

Facilities: The facilities are quite new, featuring smart home technology and even robot delivery for meals. Ambiance: The atmosphere is excellent, with a Republican-era Chinese charm. Both the lobby and the rooms are very elegant. Hygiene: The hygiene is well-maintained, and the rooms also have pleasant fragrances. Service: The staff are very friendly and polite; the young men and women are nice, approachable, and attractive. Breakfast was also good. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Service: The hotel staff were all super enthusiastic, and so was the parking attendant! Environment: This hotel is incredibly convenient, right on the pedestrian street, highly recommended! I was worried it would be far away, but it's actually right at the entrance to the pedestrian street, super convenient! The riverfront is just a short walk away, perfect for taking a cruise. Facilities: The hotel has a Republic of China era style, creating a fantastic atmosphere! The first picture was taken right outside the hotel entrance – the location is incredibly convenient!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The service was excellent. Due to the weather, the duvet felt a bit damp, and when I mentioned it to the front desk lady, she immediately swapped it out for a new one 👍. The hotel's location and environment are fantastic. There's even a rooftop terrace where you can see the Bell Tower and the river view. If I get a chance to visit Wuhan again, I'll definitely stay here.

All the staff were incredibly warm and friendly, especially the young lady at the front desk on duty that day. She helped us switch room types and even arranged our dining. The laundry service was also excellent; they watched our clothes while they washed and even delivered them back to our room. The hotel's location right at the entrance of the pedestrian street is convenient. The noise mostly died down by midnight, which was acceptable. Breakfast was good too, with a delicious and refined noodle dish. My kids loved the ice cream at afternoon tea, and the complimentary coffee was the perfect way to beat the summer heat when we arrived.

We booked two executive king rooms, which were spacious enough for us and our kids. The surrounding area is lovely, and the views are absolutely stunning, right on Jianghan Street Pedestrian Street. The rooms were quite clean, and the service was excellent. However, it can get a bit noisy at night due to the lively atmosphere.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, and the interior has a charming European style. The rooms are also quite good. The rooftop terrace is an excellent spot for sightseeing, with the Jianghan Customs building right next door, offering views of the Yangtze River and the high-rises on the opposite bank. The hotel breakfast was very rich. However, this was the first time I've ever encountered a breakfast booking on Trip.com that only included the first day. It wasn't until the front desk staff helped me that I found some small print explaining this. Despite having traveled extensively around the world, this is the first time I've come across a 'breakfast included' option that only covers the first day.

The hotel has a charming, old-world feel but is incredibly cozy and clean, with the added bonus of an 'Xiao Ai' smart assistant. The rooftop bar is absolutely fantastic! I'll definitely be back.

This hotel is a 5-minute walk from the subway station, located on a commercial street close to the Yangtze River, offering river views. Right outside the hotel is a classic spot for Wuhan's New Year's Eve countdown, attracting many visitors. The hotel is housed in a century-old building, featuring a distinctive Republic of China-era design that's perfect for those who love taking photos. On the day I checked in, I even saw a short drama film crew. The staff were all very nice, and they even prepared local Wuhan specialties as a farewell gift when I checked out, which was a very thoughtful touch.
