They don't have delivery robots here because the floors are too high for them to deliver effectively, but they have staff who personally deliver orders to your room! Choosing this hotel for my trip to Wuhan was the best decision. The service was professional, and the staff were all courteous and highly skilled. Even though our room was on the 64th floor, the elevators were so efficient that there was absolutely no inconvenience. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the fruit was incredibly fresh. The room's toiletries and amenities were top-notch. Most importantly, the location is incredibly convenient. There's a bus stop right outside, and a metro station is just a stone's throw away. Very satisfied!
