Response from Property: # To you who were annoyed by the smell of smoke and stains: Upon seeing the 1.7-star review, our customer service representative immediately clutched the cleaning cloth—you said the room was filled with the smell of smoke, the floor was covered in cigarette burns, and you even complained that it "didn't feel like a hotel room, but like any other room." Hearing this made us blush with embarrassment, and we must first sincerely apologize! You objectively mentioned the convenience of being "15 minutes from the airport," but we couldn't even achieve the basic requirement of being "clean and smoke-free." How can this be called a hotel? We have immediately sealed off and rectified this room, polished and repaired all the cigarette burns, and added a smoke detector and air purifier. From now on, every room will be checked three times upon check-out to ensure that cigarette burns and odors never reappear. Your willingness to explain the problem so clearly is actually helping us "cure" the problem. If you come to the airport area again next time, would you dare give us a chance to "correct our mistakes"? We guarantee that when you open the door, you'll only smell fresh, even the corners will be spotless, and you'll never have this unpleasant feeling again!
