Vienna Hotel properties in Wuhan

This was a mere two blocks from a subway station and in the opposite direction there's a big shopping mall featuring Decathlon sports store and lots of eating options. Noodle shops and breakfast restaurants are across the street. It's also only 5-6 stops from Hankou train station.

The environment and hygiene are very good. The beautiful lady at the front desk provided enthusiastic service and upgraded the room for free. We decided to leave later, and the handsome man at the front desk also provided enthusiastic service and extended check-out for free.

I came to Wuhan with my friends for a trip. I heard that Wuhan's crayfish is quite famous. The front desk recommended a famous local restaurant. The taste is really good. The location is good. It is close to Wansong Garden. It is very convenient to go there. There are many delicious foods. The front desk is also very enthusiastic.

The room was clean and hygienic, though the soundproofing was a bit lacking. The breakfast was plentiful, with fruit, noodles, buns, and drinks available. Breakfast was my favorite. The hotel is surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants, making it a great base. Huazhong Agricultural University is also within a kilometer, making it a great environment.

The location is extremely convenient; the subway station is right across from the hotel, and it's less than a ten-minute walk to Wuchang Railway Station. The room was large and bright, very clean, and had complete bathroom facilities. The receptionist even upgraded my room for free! A fantastic stay!

Ms. 009 provided excellent service with a fantastic attitude. The self-service breakfast was pretty good, and they even have a gym and laundry room. The hotel really goes the extra mile with their thoughtful amenities and human touch. The room was super clean, and for the price, it's definitely worth it! The room felt very cozy and welcoming. I'll definitely be back next time!

I was traveling as a teacher, and the hotel was about a 7-8 minute bike ride from Wuhan University of Technology, which was quite close. Checking out at 2 PM was also convenient; I could come back for a nap after finishing my exams in the morning. Disposable toiletries and slippers were provided. What touched me most was a chubby, long-haired female hotel attendant surnamed Yang. Seeing me carrying a lot of things and struggling to find my room key in my bag, she greeted me warmly and proactively came to open the door for me. I was immediately very touched and grateful. Having stayed in many hotels, I've never experienced service so movingly. This young lady's unintentional gesture made me feel right at home. Her attentive service was evident in every little detail, making me feel pleasant and providing some relaxation after a tiring journey. I felt my stay was excellent, comfortable, and very satisfying. Another lady brought me a trash bag and then took the initiative to collect the trash in my room. She also brought me new towels, utensils, and drinking water. Her service was thoughtful and meticulous, and she did a great job. I was very touched.

The pillows still need to be improved, and the room still has a bit of smell, but it is still relatively spacious. The service is pretty good. After all, it is a chain hotel. It is also close to Happy Valley and the location is easy to find. Overall, I am quite satisfied!

In fact, the health services are full of better standardization. When the situation allows, I helped upgrade the room type and the service is not bad. Unlike some online, there is a shopping mall next to it, which is close to Wugang and the riverside. The subway is 200 meters below. The high-speed rail is very close. In fact, I want to give all 5 points, so I finally changed a beauty and rejected the late check-out. This feeling is not very good. But the overall is a very good value for money hotel. Poor 0.5 is called a space for progress.
