This business trip stay at Hongfeng was so hassle-free! The front desk lady was super sweet and checked me in really quickly. Her service was warm, generous, attentive, and very professional – an excellent service experience. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the lobby was like an art gallery, perfect for photos. The room was spacious and bright, and the service was thoughtful, making me feel as comfortable as if I were at home.

I stayed here for a business trip; the location was convenient and easy to access. The room had great natural light, and the bedding was soft, so I slept very well. The front desk staff were patient and attentive, promptly helping to resolve any issues. The cleanliness was excellent, and the service was professional and efficient. Overall, I was very satisfied.

We stayed here with our child. The room was quite spacious, and the little one loves staying in hotels. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. We forgot to bring a toothbrush for our child, so we called the front desk to ask if they provided children's toothbrushes. They even had a robot delivery service bring up a pair of children's slippers (we didn't ask for them), which was very thoughtful and considerate. The hotel's location is also great, very convenient for getting to the old town. Highly recommended!

Entering this hotel completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by its grandeur and the high-quality environment and professional service. The receptionist was exceptionally welcoming and observant; before I could even voice my concerns, she was quick to respond and make arrangements. My room, located in the residential area, was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, and all the amenities were complete. The staff in every department were incredibly polite and welcoming. The restaurant staff were remarkably responsive, and since I prefer lighter fare, they made sure to accommodate my needs. Overall, my stay was fantastic, far exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend it!

The food is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. The front desk service is especially attentive and thoughtful. I was in a hurry to check out and lost my watch and phone, so they contacted me promptly. They were very careful to confirm my identity, even asking for my phone's unlock code to make sure it was correct. This made me feel that the hotel management is very responsible, and staying here felt like coming home. At checkout, the receptionist was also very welcoming, first asking how my stay was, if I needed an invoice, and if I had a car. The service was incredibly thoughtful, and I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

This newly opened hotel in Wuhu has a great location with convenient transportation. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and check-in was super fast. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, making it very quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the location is easy to find. It's incredibly cost-effective, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! 👍

又是回來住這家酒店了，整體還是跟之前一樣讓人滿意。房間衞生依舊做得很到位，屋裡設施都完好能用。工作人員服務也很貼心，酒店位置也很佔優勢，出行幹啥都方便。住在這裏讓人很踏實，不管是出來玩，還是短暫過渡住幾晚都挺合適，我也已經把這家店推薦給朋友了。

首先誇下前台，辦入住時看我們拎着蛋糕，主動問是不是過生日，轉頭就送了份水果到房間，説實話被感動到。大廳是綠色調，沙發邊擺着新鮮綠植，挺不錯的，房間衞生也不錯，洗手池枱麪一點水漬都沒有，小潔癖的我表示極度舒適。下次來還住這。點贊👍🏻

兩個大人加兩個大孩子，訂了家庭套房，含三份早餐 辦理入住的時候，前台的工作人員，説給好評就送多我一份早餐，我拒絕了，原因有二，一，工作人員的態度像是施捨一般，這態度我也是服了；其二，才辦理入住，還沒體會讓我好評，我做不到。 家庭套房很大，這是優點 但配套的一次性物品衹有兩套就有點不夠細心了 洗衣房衹有兩台洗衣機和烘乾機，這是我遇到的最臟亂差的洗衣房了 隔壁是健身房，也是第一次見到連一瓶水都不提供的健身房了 早餐，不適合我的胃口 酒店附近吃飯的或者能逛一下的地都沒有 想吃點東西或買點東西都得打車去，很不方便
