Excellent location, pleasant environment. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping were all very attentive and deserve praise.

For the National Day holiday, I opted for a less crowded city, Wuhu, and booked a hotel by Silver Lake on Trip.com—the Wuhu Yuerunfang Hotel. I chose a deluxe suite, and the moment I opened the door, a sense of luxury enveloped me. The expansive lake-view window framed the lakeside scenery and city skyline into a dynamic masterpiece. Waking up to the morning sun sparkling on the lake and enjoying the evening glow painting the buildings was a feast for the eyes. The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful; the room even had welcome fruit and delicate pastries. Fresh apples and oranges paired with crispy cookies instantly melted away the exhaustion from traveling. This warmth in the details truly made me feel at home. The breakfast buffet also offered a good variety. Overall, from the luxurious comfort of the lake-view room to the culinary delights of breakfast and the artistic ambiance of the public areas, every aspect of the Wuhu Yuerunfang Hotel embodies the true meaning of a 'high-end getaway.' Whether for business or leisure, it delivers an experience that exceeds expectations—here, you're not just 'staying in a hotel,' but indulging in an immersive, quality lifestyle experience.

I stayed in a standard room and found a lot of hair on the sheets of one bed, which was pretty disgusting. The duvet on the other bed wasn't clean either. The hallway walls were stained, and there was a mix of mold and cigarette smoke, even though I was on the 15th-floor executive level! I used to stay here a few years ago and it was good, but now it's terrible. I'd advise everyone not to stay here; don't be misled by old positive reviews!

The rooms and dining were great. The only downside was the TV. I stayed here with my child when they were two or three years old back in 2019, and six years later, the TV is still the same: only 21 channels, no kids' programs, a flickering screen, and no screen mirroring. This is absolutely unacceptable.

The hotel environment is excellent, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, making it our top choice for holiday travel! The lake view rooms offer a magnificent, unobstructed view directly overlooking the lake. It's our go-to hotel every time we visit Wuhu.
