The front desk staff were warm, efficient, and incredibly thoughtful; they even offered to help us take photos. The room was spacious and clean, with a large bathtub that was perfect for a relaxing soak, and they even provided complimentary bath bags. All the amenities were well-stocked, the toiletries' cups were beautiful, and the shampoo and conditioner smelled amazing. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of options, and the restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, proactively asking if we wanted coffee or milk. The famous Wuhu shrimp noodles were truly excellent, and the chef's skills were top-notch – the taste was fantastic! This place offers incredible value for money. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk from the high-speed train station and only a 1-minute walk to Wanda Plaza, which is incredibly convenient!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for business meals, and there's even a park downstairs for a stroll. Another reason I love staying here is that I often suffer from insomnia, but I always sleep wonderfully here. Despite being in the city, the soundproofing is excellent.

The hotel entrance was under renovation without any prior notice, and it was quite dusty and messy. I hope Trip.com will start noting such situations before booking. The room was spacious and even had a separate walk-in closet. The AC provided good heating, and soundproofing was decent. However, none of the trash cans in the room had liners, which made me hesitant to throw anything away for fear of dirtying them. I hope this can be improved. Hotel location is the best becase of close to wanda plaza and various restaurants and so on. the facilities were also clean and the staff were very kind, so I would like to stay here again if I visit Wuhu again.

The 5 ***** hotel, must have pool available for guests. I visited hotel 2 times so far, both times the pool was rented to some public groups who are not hotel guests. So if you want to use pool you have to share that small pool with 20 kids. To me it's not problem if people who are not guest are visiting pool. But if pool is all day booked by big group of people then pool is not available for guests, and in that case they don't offer ***** service.
