Amazing place. Hot springs pools and, especially, mineral mud bath are excellent. Staff is very hospitable and friendly, food is great. That was my first visit, will be coming regularly.

I will never come back to this place again. Aside from the unique mineral mud, everything else is just average. The service is also very inflexible. The hotel's location is absolutely terrible; there are no restaurants or delivery services nearby, and it's impossible to get a taxi anywhere. If you're not driving, you'll feel completely trapped in the hotel. The only restaurant in the hotel closes at 1:30 PM and doesn't serve food until 5 PM. If you miss it, you're out of luck. On the way back to the high-speed rail station, a 10-kilometer journey, they charged me 50 yuan—you have to pay whatever they ask because you can't get a taxi.

The location is quite remote. I went there specifically for the hot mud, but many facilities were closed, and there were very few staff members. The breakfast selection was also limited. What's most infuriating is that I booked the wrong dates – Friday check-in – but the hotel changed it to Saturday upon arrival without mentioning any extra charges. I only discovered the extra 200 RMB charge per room at check-out. I booked it on Ctrip for a normal Saturday price, which wouldn't have been that high. It would have been much better if they had clarified the date change beforehand. The extra charge at check-out makes the experience even worse.
