We stayed at Lushan West Sea Resort at the end of June this year and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked a pool villa with sea views and were blown away by the quality and size of the villa, the beautiful private pool and of course the sea view. The service and care we received at the resort was very good. We were a bit worried on our first night, as when we went to the restaurant the wait staff kept telling us that they did not have any of the dishes we wanted to order available. From a multiple page menu, it seemed that only a few items were actually available. Luckily, our driver, Vincent, who helped us get around the resort came to the rescue and came up with a plan. He helped communicate with the chef to develop a menu for our stay which had all the items that would be available. He then helped us to pre-order our dinners each night to guarantee the food we wanted would be ready on our arrival. We also want to mention that once we arrived at the restaurant each night, our waitress, Laura, provided us with amazing service. She was always friendly and attended to our needs with a smile. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future.

The hotel is located in the main city of Wuning County. The lake and mountains are very beautiful. I booked a double room online. After I arrived at the hotel, I upgraded to a lake view double room. The dishes are delicious and the ingredients are good. It's just that the shaggy head in the bathroom is not easy to use when I live. The lake view room I booked was spacious and had a great view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The overall service attitude is good. The lady at the front desk is gentle and patient. The lady who cleans the room is attentive and quick. She also wrote a handwritten note on the table in the room saying that we had a pleasant stay. Although she is not very neat, she is very sincere. The breakfast is rich in variety, including stir-fried vegetables, Chinese pastries, desserts, vegetable and fruit salads, and Jiangxi specialty dishes. You will never get tired of it after staying in the hotel for 3 days.

I went to the front desk to check in under the guidance of the doorman. The young lady at the front desk should also have received professional training. It is still the rainy season in the south, and I am particularly worried that the room will be damp, but I did not expect that this hotel can handle this well in terms of hygiene. 3.
