This is one of the worst hotels in which I have ever stayed. The quality of service was very poor: Small rooms, small TV. The owner of the hotel didn't want to issue an invoice for my stay. It took me three days to get it ... Finally after threatening the hotel owner that I will cancel my card payment for the stay he has issued the invoice. The hotel owner accussed me of smoking in the hotel room which was completely not true. I'm a non smoking person... I have really bad experience related to the stay at this Hotel. For sure I won't stay there again in the future.

Very good location near everything you need from food to drink to trains very clean hotel helpful staff and you get a fee ticket for the hanging train , only slight downside was the price of the buffet breakfast a little steep for the choice however what was offered was very nice and good quality

The location of the hotel is great, extra close to metro station and a huge market around it, the location is just amazing.
Friendly staff which is very important.
The room is clean, it has all the basics. It can get loud at night from the outside area, like music and people laughing, but I dont mind that.
The transportation is seconds away from the hotel.
All in all it was a nice stay and I recommend it, I just wish they had kittles and bar fridge, but I noticed that in Germany hotels barely have that, but I wish they do. But nevertheless I totally recommend it, its safe and nice and clean.
Just one thing that bothered me, curtains had light colour and it could barely block the sun light, I wish cudtains could block sun light.

Complete disaster. Room poor and expensive. Heating in the hotel broken at arrival and the owners were not able to fix it so I had to sleep with all the clothes in+coat

Check in closes at 22:00, if late there is no way in. Buffet breakfast good. Bathroom very small. Very close to the main train station.

Stay during a very hot period. No air conditioning so forced to sleep with the window open: a lot of noise, because the room faces the station.

A noticeably old, but very clean hotel in the best location. The bathtub is so high that I could still climb in at 162 cm. Smaller guests would have no chance. The staff very young and inexperienced but friendly and helpful.
