Spark by Hilton Wuppertal City Centre

Good hotel with a good location. Polite staff. Cleanliness. Good breakfast.

This hotel was fantastic! It's conveniently located near the station, clean, and surprisingly affordable. The complimentary drink service at the front desk was a nice touch. The only downside was that there was no body wash in the shower. However, I really appreciated the electric kettle and tea provided. I'd definitely like to stay here again!

Perfect hotel if you want something central and relaxing. Nice staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds.

I stayed here last year and decided to come back. Last time I had a very spacious room, and this time, traveling solo, a smaller room was perfectly adequate. The location is excellent, right next to Wuppertal Central Station and the bus station. The view from the window is great. This time I was on the 1st floor (which is like the 2nd floor in China), but last year's room had an even better and more distant view. I'm docking 0.5 points for cleanliness because there was an empty plastic bottle left by a previous guest behind the curtain. The bed is on the softer side. It's a plus to have a kettle. There's a small clothes iron, but it was broken. The front desk staff are very friendly. There used to be a city tax, but it was supposed to be included this time. Yet, they charged an extra 1.8 euros – there's always a surprise waiting for you!

Excellent location, very close to the train station, and there's an elevator, making travel super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with complimentary large bottles of still water, which is great for Chinese business travelers or tourists. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel near the train station. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is extensive, very tasty, and there's something for everyone. The rooms are also great with a fantastic bathroom. We would definitely book here again.

The hotel is conveniently located right outside a bus stop and a small train station. The suspended monorail is just a few minutes' walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants and a few malls nearby, though I didn't visit them. Breakfast was okay, I particularly enjoyed the chocolate cereal with milk – it was delicious! The parking garage was a bit tricky to find; you have to go down a ramp. I booked through Trip.com and the price was quite high, about 30% more than the hotel's actual rate. I don't quite understand why. Next time, I'll definitely book directly through the official website.

The location is super convenient, just a five-minute walk to the Town High Street. If you need public transport, there's a bus stop right opposite the hotel. The only downside is that the room is a bit small. With two people and luggage, it can feel quite cramped.
