HanTing Hotel (Xinzhou Wutaishan Scenic Area Center)

Excellent! Just like a Hanting Hotel should be! I arrived very late, but they called in advance to check. Very nice, great style, and a perfect location – everything was wonderful. The quality of this chain is very reliable! There's a free shuttle bus to the scenic area right outside the door, and plenty of dining options nearby. I ordered the vegetarian Dicos, and it was delicious!

The first room I was given smelled terrible (like a mix of smoke and other odors). I reported it to the front desk, and they moved me to room 165, which was better, but the cleaning wasn't thorough – there was hair and dust on the bedside table. Also, the toilet seat made noise when moved, and it felt like the drainage wasn't great. For a triple room, there were only three such rooms, and I didn't have high hopes for the third one. To be fair, the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the facilities are outdated. There was only one chair in the room, so with three people, our luggage had to stay on the floor. I've stayed at this chain's hotels in other cities, and perhaps because this one is in a scenic area, there's a significant difference in quality.

I'm from Wenzhou, Zhejiang, and this hotel is absolutely fantastic! I'm quite particular about cleanliness when staying in hotels, and the bedding and toiletries at Hanting Hotel Central District were spotless. Even with my cleanliness standards, I felt completely comfortable using them. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, especially one lady with glasses who was so warm and attentive. Thank you! 🙏 The restaurant food was also delicious! It was my first time trying Dazhi Wutai Mountain beer, and I highly recommend it!!!

The stay was great, exceeding my expectations. The room facilities were generally good, the surrounding area was quiet, and I slept well at night. Transportation is convenient; there are buses nearby to various attractions, and plenty of restaurants are nearby. I was delighted that the staff upgraded me to a double room and gave me a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was quite plentiful, and for a chain hotel in this price range, it's highly recommended. It's worth mentioning that the staff were very dedicated and helpful, leaving a very good impression. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I stay here every time I come, and it's always been great!

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. It's located on two main roads, one of which is right under the window. One air conditioner blows directly onto the bed. The first-floor room smelled strongly of the bathroom. The staff were mediocre in their service.

The hotel is conveniently located within the scenic area, making it easy to get around. Bus No. 8 is just a short walk away. The environment is also quite nice, and for a hotel this size in the mountains, it's clean and reasonably priced. However, for such a large hotel, there are only two washing machines, which is a bit too few. The wait for laundry was a bit disappointing, but everything else was excellent.
