The hotel has a cool, modern vibe. The room was *clean, neat, and super comfy*. They even offer *free afternoon coffee* at their café — such a nice surprise! ☕
There’s also a *free self-service laundry room*, which was super helpful.
Best part? It’s just a short walk to *Nanchang Ancient Street* — perfect for exploring, snacking, and enjoying the riverside view.
Great stay overall! Would definitely come back. 👌

The hotel is very close to a pleasant tourist area for sightseeing and dining. The building is beautiful, and the front desk staff can speak English. The room is quite large, comfortable, and modern, following Western decoration. There is a laundry room and a restaurant in the hotel.
Unfortunately, breakfast has few Western options; there was no cheese, the breads were not good, and the butter was not refrigerated. Also, despite the hotel being non-smoking, I had to ask to move to another room because of the cigarette odor.

Hotel is a great location, close to airport, main railway station and Nanchang Ancient Street. Plenty of shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and efficient. Rooms are modern and clean. Good bed and Aircon. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Wuxi.

2. Good location, was well located within walking distance to the historical centre

Lovely time at Radisson Red Wuxi. The red and black theme looks really cool. Very nice of the staff to do a free upgrade for 1 of the 2 rooms booked as I prefer to be on the same level with my parents. Everything looks new and good. Rui Xiang deluxe studio room feel stuffy and warm at times because of the large glass panels but overall it was ok and manageable. The corridor was rather dark at night which i find it quite scary. Wish that it could be more brightly lit. Hotel is about 10mins walk away from nanchang street. Would definitely stay in Radisson red again when I come to Wuxi again.

We enjoyed stay at the hotel. It is clean, quiet with modern design. The services are excellent. The staff are very friendly, warm hearted and very helpful, especially Ms.Lu Jia at front desk, who gave us good suggestions on the places to visit, local food to eat and helped book e hailing cars. Breakfast is delicious with a lot of choices. The location is ideal with walking distance to historic old town. We will give it five stars and recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel. Modern minimalism with technology. Very clean, late check out, free laundry service and welcoming staff. Comfortable bed. Definitely recommend to stay. Will visit there next time
