酒店距離地鐵站很近 前台小姐姐們都特別熱心 會幫忙解決問題 出來旅遊直接把東西一丟就可以安心走人啦！不需要擔心行李安全問題 來的時候都是笑臉相待 有什麼問題都會及時解決 特別熱心 下次再次出遊也會選擇這家店的！

我們入住的一間房間的淋浴出水量特別小，都沒敢洗頭
衞生也還可以，缺什麼東西打給前台都給送到房間來
距離大部分的景區開車大概十來分鐘，也還挺方便的

這次入住如家酒店·neo（無錫錫滬路東亭地鐵站店）的體驗非常滿意，酒店位置優越，距離地鐵站步行衹需幾分鐘，出行非常便利，周邊餐飲和購物選擇也很多。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住迅速，還主動介紹了附近的景點和交通路線。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果很好，晚上休息得很安心。衞生間設施齊全，熱水充足，洗漱用品質量也不錯。酒店還提供免費的Wi-Fi，網速很快，辦公和娛樂都很順暢。早餐種類豐富，味道可口，特別是現煮的麪條和新鮮的水果，讓人一天都充滿能量。性價比超高，無論是商務出行還是旅遊住宿都非常推薦，下次來無錫還會選擇這裏，整體感覺非常温馨舒適，細節做得也很到位，確實是一家值得信賴的連鎖酒店。

衞生乾淨整潔，房間非常安靜，主要是前台工作人員服務超級棒👍🏻，熱情禮貌，素質非常高，因為臨時有事情處理，我的一個箱子在前台放了好幾天，工作人員給保管的妥妥的，超級贊👍🏻
