Serious safety hazard! The room cleaning was extremely perfunctory, leading to a slip and fall injury due to water on the floor. The duty manager offered no apologies, pushing responsibility onto the cleaning staff, and dismissively sent medicine via a robot. Even after Ctrip's intervention, their attitude remained unyielding, refusing to refund the room fee. Plugs left in, slippers strewn about, and water on the floor – avoid at all costs! Also, please don't be misled; this hotel is branded under Gaoya but its business license is actually for Wuxi International Hotel. When choosing hotels on Ctrip, don't be fooled. It's crucial to look at the actual content. Different qualifications mean different services and different standards.

The room was clean and tidy, exceeding my expectations overall. The hygiene was meticulously maintained, the environment was quiet, and the staff were very friendly and attentive to details. I felt very comfortable and secure during my stay. The value for money is excellent. Highly recommended.

I regretted it the moment I saw that the area was full of bars, but unfortunately, it was past the cancellation time. The girls loitering in the hotel lobby, seemingly providing services, were really disgusting. And then there was that black spot, a crawling bug... Both rooms we were given smelled like stinky feet... I really can't go for cheap places anymore... I need to stick to proper star-rated hotels. In the morning, some auntie inexplicably knocked on the door, then used her card to open my room door. If I hadn't been in the room, could I have reported her for theft? And I had already put up the 'no cleaning' and 'do not disturb' signs! As for the few naive, clueless girls at the front desk, don't even get me started... Slow and unhelpful. Overall, a terrible check-in experience... I rarely write detailed negative reviews, and this is my first time doing so.

The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from Sanyang Plaza subway station, and only a few kilometers from nearby malls and attractions, making it very convenient for getting around. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff guided us to the elevator, informing us about breakfast times, the laundry room (with washer and dryer), and gym locations. The elevators are shared by several establishments, so there might be a longer wait in the mornings. The room itself was spacious, with a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a smart toilet. All amenities were well-stocked. Food deliveries were brought to the room door by a robot (a blessing for lazy people!). The breakfast selection was also quite varied, with freshly cooked rice noodles and vegetarian chicken being delicious, along with bread, cakes, salads, stir-fries, and more. The only minor drawback was that the self-service washing machine had some tissue residue left from the previous guest's wash, but since it's not an essential space, it's easily ignorable. Overall, the stay was a good experience.

I’m very happy that I had the chance to discover and stay at the Novotel Hotel during my trip to Wuxi. Initially, this hotel wasn't my first choice; I only booked it as a last-minute alternative. However, the overall experience pleasantly surprised me, and I'm glad I made this decision. Firstly, I want to particularly commend the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained, with no unpleasant odors or other issues, which made my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel's service was also outstanding. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very attentive to guests' needs. I was especially impressed that the hotel thoughtfully upgraded my room for free, a considerate gesture that made my stay even more comfortable. Another service I really appreciated was the complimentary laundry and drying service. Being able to wash and dry my clothes for free was incredibly convenient, especially while traveling. It saved a lot of time and made my trip much easier and more pleasant. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wuxi. The hotel excelled in cleanliness, room comfort, excellent service, and thoughtful complimentary amenities, leaving a superb impression on me. If I have the opportunity to visit Wuxi again in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here again. The only area where I feel there's room for improvement is the breakfast selection. Personally, I found the variety of choices to be a bit limited. However, the existing dishes were more than enough for a satisfying breakfast, so this is just a minor suggestion, not a serious complaint. I sincerely hope the hotel continues to progress and develop in the future. Based on the excellent service and hospitality I experienced during my stay, I believe this hotel has great potential to become a five-star establishment. Keep up the great work, and I look forward to staying with you again on my next trip to Wuxi!

Several hotels operate within the same building. The room wasn't properly cleaned; there was hair and fuzz on the floor. Breakfast was quite disappointing; I chose to eat out on the second day. A mid-range hotel shouldn't be like this. The only upside was getting a cheaper price by booking in advance!

The environment is nice and clean, I'd definitely come back again. However, it might be due to recent renovations, but there's still a slight smell. Hope they can improve the ventilation, hahaha.

The lobby's light blue color is a summer tranquilizer! The entire service team was professional and efficient, excellent!
