訂的大床房，設施寫的有窗，圖片顯示的外窗，結果到店安排了一個內窗房，打開窗户就是一個陰暗的封閉空間，裏面傳來空調外機的噪音。鑒於和圖片差距太大，我去找前台詢問房間是不是安排錯了，前台説大床房就是這樣的。我又找攜程客服，攜程客服倒是很盡職盡責，酒店跟攜程説因為王心凌演唱會，房間緊張，所以有幾個平常不用的內窗房也拿出來賣了。我説要換個外窗的，這個內窗房太陰暗閉塞了，攜程客服跟酒店溝通一番後説大床房沒有了，還有標間可以換，我也沒那麼計較床型，就同意了。然後去前台換房，前台一番言論又把我震驚了，她説標間比大床房貴，可以讓我換標間，但衹能用一個床，否則要補差價。我從未見過這麼逆天的服務，安排不了原房型，不道歉就算了，還一副被我佔了大便宜的説辭，太敗興了。。

原本定的是雙床（一個大床1.8/一個小床1.2）結果一看網上標註的有窗是內窗而已房間不通風，服務員幫忙換了能通風的外窗房，衹能是兩個1.2的小床，房間隔音效果幾乎沒有，通道里其他客人的腳步聊天聲一清二楚有點影響睡眠，床墊太軟。內飾比較老舊。櫻花季價格還可以。

該酒店服務超級差，超級差，超級差，一個不知道是經理的女的還是就衹是一個前台工作人員，拽的跟酒店是她家開的一樣，不過也是，一個加盟店也別想服務、環境能有多好了！以前入住的酒店稍微晚點入住，就會在入住當天提前打電話詢問房間是否要保留，這家真的垃圾到極點，人還沒到直接安排入住了，還冠冕堂皇地説我們沒有沒有你們客人的電話！評分這麼差不是沒有道理的，也衹能做到這個樣子了！

這是住過的最差的商務大床房！！設施差就算了，衞生差到那樣真的無法忍受！到處都是灰塵、灰垢，蒼蠅蚊子到處飛！開空調還要先打電話，連開空調的自由都沒有！早餐也差到了極點！
這樣加盟的賓館真的不能住！建議大家避坑！

一次最最鬧心的住宿 ！酒店設施老舊落後破落不堪！房間衞生極差！被套臟亂破洞！衞生間反味臭氣熏天！淋浴房花灑和龍頭破損漏水！洗手盆排水管下污水橫流 ！馬桶蓋和墊圈歪歪扭扭隨時就會掉落！早餐質量不好 品種單調 品質太差！整體服務極度不好！尤其是前台這位醜女態度惡劣！故意刁難！還想騙取本應包含在內的費用！令人髮指！總之 這是住過的格林豪泰最差的一家酒店！
由於退房安排的時間緊 沒能拍下所有差評的圖片 遺憾！！！

強烈不推薦1、酒店房間衞生極差，地面有灰塵，衞生間有異味，床單被罩看不出來是不是新更換的。室內開燈後依然光線昏暗。床單根本包不住床墊，弄的睡覺不敢亂動，否則皮膚就要直接捱到床墊子上。椅子有一把扶手還掉了。很噁心的感覺 2、前台告知會員或者全台預訂的停車可以免費，反而是攜程等網站預訂的，需要收10塊錢停車費。 3、父母去吃的早餐。媽媽説雞蛋一人一個，進門口的時候發。餐巾紙一人一張，也是發放的。土豆絲和白水煮的一樣，其他就是稀飯鹹菜和非常難吃的菜包子、饅頭。 4、格林豪泰的加盟店，原來應該就是個賓館，各項完全達不到快捷酒店的標準。 5、大床房有個假窗户，空氣根本不流通，室內氣温渾濁。注意避坑。 6、國慶期間漲價可以接受，大床房260+ 家庭房360+ 價格不算很低了。但是真的很差勁的體驗。平時估計不會超過100塊錢 非常非常差，弄得人一晚上心情都很差，無耐實在累的不想換酒店了。晚上睡前有兩個小時的時間沒法在這個環境中打發，衹能到酒店附近走走。太痛苦的回憶了。

除了還比較乾淨之外，其他都非常落後了，門鎖是壞的，空調限時開放，插座佈局不合理，裝修風格猶如上世紀90年代，起碼落後10幾年，早餐也非常得一般，該更新換代了！服務方面還行……
