優點:由於是自助式公寓，價格比其他民宿要便宜很多，差不多50%，性價比非常高。
位置靠近五燈湖廣場，正對大草坪，出門就是景點，遊玩十分方便。
缺點:離景區入口有些距離，要步行10分鐘左右，自駕車可以直接開到樓下停車場，但對於非自駕出行不太方便，提着行李還要找路，要提前和管家聯繫獲取步行導航。

拈花灣名宿我住過好幾次了，這是最最價廉物美的一個套房，樓上樓下共4個大床，可以入住8個人，有一個麻將桌，真的可以打發打發休閑時光，特別適合2個家庭一起入住，房間整潔乾淨，入住體驗感超棒，位置很好在五燈湖的旁邊，去哪個景點都很方便，下次來拈花灣還是會繼續入住一百歲客棧的

客棧地理位置很贊，就在最熱鬧的區域，房間陽台直對大草坪，可以直接在露台看錶演。不過也是因為這樣，相對會比較吵，也會比較亮。

真實反饋啊，住在景區裏面確實方便早起賞景拍照啥的，然後客棧房東早早的就聯繫告知怎麼入住，景區訊息啥的，但是有點小不愉快就是我們過去的比較晚，天黑了給發的入住指示圖完全找不到啊，要是能派人過來接一下感覺會更好，本來就是帶着長者孩子的，多走了好多冤枉路，有點不開心，然後房間裏管家有衞生打掃不到位的情況，希望能改進下，其他就是衞生間有點小，卧室還可以，就這麼多吧

服務很貼心，房間衞生也很好。有免費麻將桌，床也很大，隔音挺好的，在景區內十分方便，自駕的話停車也很方便，停車場上來就是酒店。

一百歲客棧位置絕佳，在拈花灣中部，離各個景點都很近，老闆娘非常熱情，把房客寵成了公主，提前一天就發微信介紹路線和各項節目表演時間，十一點多就提醒房間打掃好可以提前入住了，房間超大，樓上樓下一共四張大床，可以住8個人，來拈花灣一定要住在這裏，上圖片😀

房間很乾凈，房間前面就是大草坪，可以坐在院子裏喝喝茶看看風景。這裏重點説一下老闆娘的服務態度，真心贊。白天進房間後，老闆娘特地上門送了長者禮品。晚上長者突然不舒服，景區保健室無葯可配。老闆娘特地叫了跑腿給我們買葯送來。而且説長者身體健康最重要，堅決不收費。她家可以住五個人，還有自動麻將台，特別適合一家人休閑遊，強烈推薦。
