Five stars, highly recommend! From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was fantastic. Mary at reception was warm and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to get around. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit this city!

The hotel's decor is luxurious and elegant. Mary from guest relations was incredibly welcoming and proactively asked about my stay. The room's cleanliness was a pleasant surprise! The sheets and bedding were spotlessly white and odorless, and the bathroom tiles and glass were immaculate. The hotel's location is excellent and convenient for transportation. It was especially quiet at night, ensuring even light sleepers can get a good night's rest. Overall, the atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant.

Big shout out to Zhang at the front desk! We were in a rush checking out, and she efficiently helped us with everything, even reminding us about a small item we'd left behind. The night before, when we asked about local attractions, she gave us a detailed explanation, never showing any impatience. Such a dedicated and responsible employee is a true asset to the hotel!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The rooms offer a bright and expansive view, earning a solid 5/5 recommendation from me. The location is superb; right outside, you'll find a bustling commercial district and a subway station, making travel and shopping incredibly convenient. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The breakfast spread was diverse, with both Western and Chinese options, and everything tasted delicious. All the staff were warm and attentive, especially Mary from guest reception, who was always ready to assist. It offers incredible value for money, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

Great location, just a 15-minute walk to Nanfang Street. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained. The breakfast offers a wide variety and is delicious. This was my second stay, and it didn't disappoint.

a luxury modern 5 star hotel located in the center, everything is up to standard except the cold service in the front desk, I would suggest they should have more training.

The hotel is conveniently located near Taihu Plaza and close to Nanfang Street, with excellent hardware facilities. We were upgraded to a city view room, which was a nice touch. The main drawback is that the hotel uses a central air conditioning system, so individual rooms cannot adjust the temperature. During our stay, the AC wasn't on, and we had to call the front desk to coordinate with engineering to turn it on. Our south-facing room got quite warm, significantly impacting our comfort. For a five-star hotel, maintaining a comfortable temperature at all times should be a basic expectation. Another minor point is that while the breakfast selection was extensive, the quality wasn't always up to par, with some food items being rather average. I might be a bit picky about food, but for a 5-star hotel, I have higher expectations.

The service was excellent! Every time, they proactively asked if we needed anything and offered suitable help. The hotel facilities are great, and it's very convenient to get to nearby places. I'll definitely stay here again next time! You absolutely have to try the takeout from the hotel's first floor! If you're staying, book a day in advance for a good price and delicious food! I bought it two days in a row! You MUST buy the drunken crab!!!

The decor is quite grand, but it's starting to show its age a bit. I didn't try the breakfast, but the complimentary coffee was pretty good. Everything was well-stocked, and the service was decent. For a business trip, it's an acceptable place to stay. However, the single room with a queen bed felt quite expensive, which made the value for money quite low.

During my stay, CC greeted me warmly and proactively. The hotel's facilities were impeccable; the high-floor room offered amazing views, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and they provided BYREDO toiletries. The breakfast buffet also featured authentic and delicious Wuxi local snacks.

For my trip to Wuxi, I chose the InterContinental Hotel for a three-night stay. The hotel proactively called and added me on WeChat for communication. Eleanor, one of the staff members, provided exceptional service. She upgraded us to the 37th floor, the highest in the hotel. The hotel has many spacious and fast elevators. Our room was large, and the hand soap had a particularly pleasant fragrance. The view from the window was unobstructed, offering a magnificent panorama from above. Eleanor also offered great suggestions for our travel itinerary, helping us plan our activities more efficiently. On the second day of our trip, when the weather changed, she even reminded us to dress warmly. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, its location is still excellent. The lobby is grand, and taxis are easily accessible. The Ningbo Museum, the closest attraction, is even within walking distance. (There seems to be a mix-up here, as the review mentions Wuxi but then 'Ningbo Museum'. I'll assume it meant Wuxi Museum or a local museum in Wuxi based on the context of the trip.) The hotel's breakfast is served on the 5th floor, and the most distinctive item was the Wuxi xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) – plentiful and delicious, much better than many found outside. It's a shame the hotel no longer offers a dinner buffet; I would have loved to try it. Let me also outline my three-day itinerary: Day 1: Liyuan Garden, then Three Kingdoms City & Water Margin City, followed by an evening visit to Nanchang Street. Day 2: Yuantouzhu Park in the morning, Wuxi Zoo in the afternoon, and an evening stroll through Huishan Ancient Town. On the final day, with only a half-day left, after breakfast, I visited the Wuxi Museum, hitting a total of seven attractions. I do have a couple of minor points regarding the hotel's amenities. The toothbrush felt a bit sticky on the teeth and wasn't very good. Also, tissues were only available in the bathroom, not near the bed, and the tissue quality wasn't the best. Overall, it's a very good hotel. There are still some attractions in Wuxi that I haven't visited, and if I come back to Wuxi, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The family room exceeded our expectations! It was spacious and came fully equipped with a kids' slide, a children's book nook, and a play corner. The biggest highlight was the large projector, perfect for our family to rewatch The Legend of Hei 2 – it was fantastic! The front desk receptionist, Ms. CC, provided excellent service; she had all the children's amenities prepared for us even before our arrival. Big thumbs up!

The room was clean and tidier than I expected, and felt newer too. The high floor offered a great view. Breakfast was quite substantial, and the service was good. Getting to various attractions by taxi or subway was very convenient. Definitely recommended!
